We do not sell phones directly to the public but to the service providers for whom we manufacture each model.

For this reason, we advise you to contact your service provider for further assistance with pricing and availability.

I have a minimized version of the media player on background of phone and don't know how to get rid of it. how do I make it disappear?

It is blocking my background picture and I am not even using the media player to listen to music at the moment. I have no idea how or why it suddenly appeared in background of phone but I want it to go away!!! How do I get it to disappear????

The Gravity T does not have Wi-Fi :(

You can connect it to you computer for file transfer and syncing via bluetooth or usb. You can't (that I know of) share the computer's Internet connection.

To connect your SGH-T669 (Gravity Touch) device to the PC, you will need to first choose one of three methods listed below.

Mass Storage (Memory Card)

1. Ensure that the Gravity T is in Mass Storage Mode.
2. Connect the Gravity T to a PC using the supported data cable.
3. The phone will display a "Connected" message. The PC will show a new drive letter in My Computer.
4. On the PC, open the new drive letter and drag/drop or copy/paste content into this window.

Bluetooth

Note: The steps below are to be considered as general guidelines. Bluetooth software and drivers vary greatly among the many Bluetooth-supported devices available today. While Samsung Technical Support can assist with pairing and connecting to other Bluetooth devices, we cannot guarantee that Bluetooth file transfers will be successful. Also, it is required that the other Bluetooth device support the Bluetooth FTP profile.

1. Ensure that the Gravity T Bluetooth feature is turned on and discoverable.
2. Ensure that the oher Bluetooth device is turned on as well and that both devices are paired and connected.
3. To initiate a send on the Gravity T, simply locate and open the picture or video, press Send Via > Bluetooth > Tap the desired destination device.

New PC Studio (v1.4.1 AD2)

1. Ensure that the Gravity T USB Settings are set accordingly.
2. Connect the Gravity T to a PC using the supported data cable.
3. If necessary, on the PC launch the Samsung New PC Studio (NPS) application.
4. After a few seconds, NPS will "see" the SGH-T669 device and display an icon in the upper-right corner.
5. In NPS, click on the Media Manager icon then click on the SGH-T669 icon.
6. You can now use the drag and drop method for transferring content between the Gravity T and your PC.

USB Settings

To change your USB settings, follow the steps below:

1. Press Menu
2. Tap Settings > Phone Settings > PC Connections

Samsung PC Studio:
Use the SGH-T669 with Samsung's New PC Studio software to access the internal memory.

Ask On Connection:
A prompt will show on the display letting you choose how to connect with a PC.

Mass Storage:
Access an installed memory card in the SGH-T669 to transfer files between the device and a PC.

Most issues may be resolved with minimal troubleshooting. Once troubleshooting has been done to the point of actual failure, we can setup warranty service for your accessory, if it is determined the problem cannot be resolved over the phone.

If it is deemed, after troubleshooting, that the accessory has failed, our Repair Administrators create a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) for the Accessory. Provided there is no physical damage to the accessory and that the failure is not due to any type of liquid damage, it will be replaced under warranty.

NOTE: A copy of the Proof of Purchase must be included with the accessory when sending it in for service.

NOTE: Upon diagnosis, should the accessory be determined to be functional, it will be returned and it is then recommended to call Samsung Customer Support for further troubleshooting.

If the accessory is beyond the warranty period or falls outside of the terms of the Samsung Limited Warranty, it would require the purchase of a replacement device.

Hi there!

PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) is a security on the Sim card and not on the phone. Since the security resides on the Sim card, contact your Service Provider for you to get codes that will unlock it.

Hi! on your concern you where trying to block numbers that you do want calling you. As you stated, your last Samsung phone does that and this one is not. You also mentioned that the call barring is greyed out. Let me give you the information & details that you need from here regarding call barring. To activate your call barring & to block incoming calls from your phone, you need to call your Service Provider to activate call barring. Call Barring is a sim dependent issue, that only your Provider can activate.

The little computer icon : Displays while your phone synchronizes with the computer.

It is called Mobile backup. When you access the Phonebook for the first time, or if you use another SIM card in the phone, the Mobile Address Book feature copies the information stored on your SIM card to the phone’s memory and synchronizes with the T-Mobile network. After the initial use of this feature, additional, new contact information stores directly to the phone’s memory and synchronizes with T-Mobile’s network during predetermined, timed intervals.

It is best to contact T-Mobile regarding it for further assistance (800-937-8997).

The SGH-T669 (Gravity Touch) handset features three ways of transferring files between phone and computer.

Upon checking the phone’s information, I would strongly suggest to please calibrate your screen to have the touch screen properly working. Below are the steps on how to calibrate your screen:
The Calibration feature allows you to re-align the screen’s touch accuracy. Use this feature only when the device does not respond properly when you touch the screen.
1. From Phone settings menu, touch Calibration.
2. Tape the center of the target with a pen and repeat this step for each target that displays.
3. Touch Yes when the New settings saved message displays.
If you intend to use your smart unlock please follow the steps below:

Smart Unlock is a gesture control, which enables you to unlock the phone, launch features and make calls simply by drawing a symbol with your finger on the screen. When you display the Smart unlock screen a list of symbols displays.

1. Touch the Show guide checkbox so the screen will remind you of the pattern to draw.
2. Touch Save.
3. Touch a pattern in the list to display a list of options.
4. Touch Off, Unlock, or touch an application to unlock using this character then touch Save.

Thank you for your inquiry, here are the ways of how to transfer music from your computer to your Gravity T.

Mass Storage Mode

note: Ensure that a memory card has been installed before proceeding.

memory card specification:

Card Type / Slot: microSDHC
Max Storage Size: 16GB

1. Set the Gravity T's PC Connections setting accordingly:
2. From the Home screen, press Menu
3. Tap Settings > Phone Settings > PC Connections > Mass Storage
4. Connect the Gravity T to a PC or laptop using a supported USB data cable.
5. When the Removable Disk pop-up appears on PC, select "Open Folder To View Files" and then click OK
6. The next window will show the contents of the memory card installed in the Gravity T. This allows you to transfer audio files from your PC to the Gravity T, either through cut/copy and paste or drag and drop methods.

Samsung's New PC Studio Software (NPS)

1. On your PC or laptop, launch Samsung's New PC Studio application
2. Connect the Gravity T to the computer using a supported USB data cable
3. If not already selected, in NPS click on the Media Manager
From the music library in NPS, right-click on a desired music track and select Send To Device > T669

There are no configurable options on the phone to separate message alert for emails and text messages.

Audible alert for messages on the phone are the same for Emails, Multimedia messages and Text messages.
