Yes you can :)
Go to settings.
Sound Profiles.
Click on the arrows next to whichever profile you normally use.
Click the drop down arrow next to the word call in the top right hand corner.
Click Phone.
Scroll down to the very bottom of the page.
It should say phone sound volume.
Slide the slider to zero.
Save.
There you go :)

Question

I need to know, what is the SD Micro card that is compatible with the Gravity T?

I need to know why i cant buy a SD card and have it work in your product, and why there are no easy to find solutions on your sight, and not one straight forward answer as to where to get and what type of card you designed this phone around? The Gravity T wont identify with any of the cards i have got for it. please give me a solution that i don't have to waist any more of my time and money into solving!

We do not sell phones directly to the public but to the service providers for whom we manufacture each model.

Question

I have a minimized version of the media player on background of phone and don't know how to get rid of it. how do I make it disappear?

It is blocking my background picture and I am not even using the media player to listen to music at the moment. I have no idea how or why it suddenly appeared in background of phone but I want it to go away!!! How do I get it to disappear????

Try opening your widget menu ( on left side of screen, the arrow) then drag the item into the widget bar and drop it there.

The Gravity T does not have Wi-Fi :(

You can connect it to you computer for file transfer and syncing via bluetooth or usb. You can't (that I know of) share the computer's Internet connection.

Did you pull it out to the screen from the side bar? All you need to do is open the side bar, grab the icon and slide it back to the side bar.

With regards to your concern, try to perform a soft reset first by removing the battery from the phone for at least 5-10 seconds and putting it back again then turn on the phone. If it will not work, then it would be best to contact Samsung Support for more troubleshooting steps.

Most issues may be resolved with minimal troubleshooting. Once troubleshooting has been done to the point of actual failure, we can setup a repair on the product, should it be determined the problem cannot be resolved over the phone. We can repair the phone, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged.

Most issues may be resolved with minimal troubleshooting. Once troubleshooting has been done to the point of actual failure, we can setup warranty service for your accessory, if it is determined the problem cannot be resolved over the phone.

If it is deemed, after troubleshooting, that the accessory has failed, our Repair Administrators create a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) for the Accessory. Provided there is no physical damage to the accessory and that the failure is not due to any type of liquid damage, it will be replaced under warranty.

NOTE: A copy of the Proof of Purchase must be included with the accessory when sending it in for service.

NOTE: Upon diagnosis, should the accessory be determined to be functional, it will be returned and it is then recommended to call Samsung Customer Support for further troubleshooting.

If the accessory is beyond the warranty period or falls outside of the terms of the Samsung Limited Warranty, it would require the purchase of a replacement device.

Hi there!

PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) is a security on the Sim card and not on the phone. Since the security resides on the Sim card, contact your Service Provider for you to get codes that will unlock it.

To connect your SGH-T669 (Gravity Touch) device to the PC, you will need to first choose one of three methods listed below.

Mass Storage (Memory Card)

1. Ensure that the Gravity T is in Mass Storage Mode.
2. Connect the Gravity T to a PC using the supported data cable.
3. The phone will display a "Connected" message. The PC will show a new drive letter in My Computer.
4. On the PC, open the new drive letter and drag/drop or copy/paste content into this window.

Bluetooth

Note: The steps below are to be considered as general guidelines. Bluetooth software and drivers vary greatly among the many Bluetooth-supported devices available today. While Samsung Technical Support can assist with pairing and connecting to other Bluetooth devices, we cannot guarantee that Bluetooth file transfers will be successful. Also, it is required that the other Bluetooth device support the Bluetooth FTP profile.

1. Ensure that the Gravity T Bluetooth feature is turned on and discoverable.
2. Ensure that the oher Bluetooth device is turned on as well and that both devices are paired and connected.
3. To initiate a send on the Gravity T, simply locate and open the picture or video, press Send Via > Bluetooth > Tap the desired destination device.

New PC Studio (v1.4.1 AD2)

1. Ensure that the Gravity T USB Settings are set accordingly.
2. Connect the Gravity T to a PC using the supported data cable.
3. If necessary, on the PC launch the Samsung New PC Studio (NPS) application.
4. After a few seconds, NPS will "see" the SGH-T669 device and display an icon in the upper-right corner.
5. In NPS, click on the Media Manager icon then click on the SGH-T669 icon.
6. You can now use the drag and drop method for transferring content between the Gravity T and your PC.

USB Settings

To change your USB settings, follow the steps below:

1. Press Menu
2. Tap Settings > Phone Settings > PC Connections

Samsung PC Studio:
Use the SGH-T669 with Samsung's New PC Studio software to access the internal memory.

Ask On Connection:
A prompt will show on the display letting you choose how to connect with a PC.

Mass Storage:
Access an installed memory card in the SGH-T669 to transfer files between the device and a PC.

Thank you for your inquiry. On create message screen under messaging application, press the side volume key for you to be able to configure the font size that would be readable enough for you. Once the phone is on the messaging application screen, the side volume key would function for you to increase or decrease the font size.

Why wont my new Gravity T vibrate?

When I set my phone to vibrate and get a call, it's as if it's on a normal silent mode w/out vibrating. I tried it with the vibration intensity on all levels from 0- 7 under the vibration settings in "sound profiles". I also tried adjusting the vibration intensity under "vibration feedback" in the "phone settings" menu. still nothing...

First, make sure you are using Internet Explorer as your browser - it works best with the web site.
Second, where it asks you for the serial number, enter the 15-digit IMEI number from your phone (take off the back cover, remove the battery and you'll see it on a sticker). The first time I did it, I used the s/n number and it didn't work. It would be a lot easier if the form asked for the IMEI number instead.

From the message composition field, enter the key sequence for the desired word to be added
Tap the suggest word suggestion pull down menu and select Add Word
Tap Done to save new word
