Good Day!
Regarding your concern, what we can offer as passcode for the phone is either "0000" or "00000000". If these codes

will not work, then you may call the Samsung Customer Support Center, as they can help you troubleshoot this issue

in a more timely manner than we could through this forum.

At your earliest convenience, please call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357,

between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central

Standard Time.

However, if you intend to unlock the phone for a different network carrier, you may call your Service Provider and

ask for an 8-digit subsidy code (Network Control Key) and the instructions on entering this on the phone.

Hi maare!

Thank you for taking the time to inform us of the many issues concerning your Samsung product. We always appreciate hearing from our customers, as your comments are vital for us to continue improving our products, as well as our business.

We will forward your feedback along to the concerned parties for further review and consideration.

We are unable to speculate when/if a software revision with this feature might be available due to the fact that this might lead to inaccurate information and confusion.

You may also download an application on the phone using your favorite search engine on your computer that is compatible with the Samsung Gravity® Touch (SGH-T669). We do not support the use of 3rd party applications and services with any of our devices. For this reason, we do not have information compiled on possible resources.

Thank you again for your comments. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you.

Hi Schmebbie!

Thank you for your inquiry.

You need to create a Spee Dial Entries on your phone to do that.

Here' how to create and delete Speed Dial entries:

Create

From the Home screen, tap Contacts
Tap the pulldown menu in the upper-right corner and select Speed Dial
Tap a desired unassigned Speed Dial number
Tap a name from the list of Contacts. If more than one number exists for that contact, tap a desired contact number.

Delete

From the Home screen, tap Contacts
Tap the pulldown menu in the upper-right corner and select Speed Dial
Tap Remove and then tap the Trash Can icon of the desired Speed Dial number. The icon's color scheme will shift letting you know that the entry has been selected.
Tap OK

3. Touch one of the following options:
*Last sync: displays information about the last Mobile backup synchronization you performed.
-Sync: Touch to begin synchronizing your address book with Mobile Backup.
-Detail: Touch to see details including Sync date, Sync time, Sync result, and Number of items synced.-
-Back: Displays the previous screen.
* About mobile backup: displays help information about the Mobile Backup feature.

You have the option to view contacts by going to the phonebook settings. The Phonebook settings menus allow you to choose where your contacts are saved.

Available options are:

Hi andydid.

Thank you for your inquiry. Not necessary, however if the music that your trying to transfer into your phone have a large file, you really need to have a memory card. Please go to this webpage for the instructions on how to transfer music from computer to phone.
