I'm sorry but the phone does not recognize vcard (contacts) from the memory card. I suggest for you to save your vcard to outlook using card reader to save the contacts and import to outlook. there might be files in the memory card that the phone do not support.
I know that the widget platform is available to developers. I was wondering if there is a "widget store," kind of like an "app store" for the iPhone or Android phones (or even the new fancy Samsung TV that does the web).
Thanks!

Thank you for your inquiry.
The widget on your phone is pre-loaded and are part of the operating system of the handset. There is no configurable option that will allow us to add or delete items on your widget.
With regard to the television, you will have to send us a separate inquiry.
Note: the only phones that allow us to add and delete items on the widget are the Galaxy S phones.

The Serial Number can be found from the back of the phone on the label beneath the battery. The Serial Number is the IMEI number on the back of the phone.
The IMEI is the numeric code that is 15 characters long. (For at&t, T-Mobile, and GSM TracFone, Net10, and StraightTalk handsets, as well as generic GSM handsets)

Thank you for your inquiry. Are you using a 64bit Windows Vista OS? If so, the software that we have for Samsung PC studio would work only for 32bit windows vista and windows 7 OS. You may change the OS of your computer for you to successfully run the application. Or you may try to run the software with your other computer with Windows XP.
Thank you for your continued interest in Samsung products.

To upload music to Gravity T using the USB data cable are as follows :
Ensure that a memory card has been installed before proceeding. Set the Gravity T's PC Connections setting accordingly: From the Home screen, press Menu Tap Settings > Phone Settings > PC Connections > Mass Storage Connect the Gravity T to a PC or laptop using a supported USB data cable. When the Removable Disk pop-up appears on PC, select "Open Folder To View Files" and then click OK The next window will show the contents of the memory card installed in the Gravity T. This allows you to transfer audio files from your PC to the Gravity T, either through cut/copy and paste or drag and drop methods.
If connection is unsuccessful, kindly try to check the following....
> Try using a different USB port (if using a desktop PC, please try to connect the USB data cable at the back port of the CPU) > Restart the PC and soft reset the phone (turn off and remove the battery for about a minute and put it back in the phone and turn it on again) > Make sure that the USB cable is samsung genuine accessory > Try using a different USB cable > Try to check the removable storage through the "My Computer" > Turn off / disable bluetooth connection of the phone
