Question

Phone Memory - Apps

The SGH-T599 phone has 1.34GB of memory. With all of the installed (an unremovable) apps, operating system, etc. I only have room for a very few apps. Is there a way to move some apps to the memory card? Is there a way to remove some of the Google and Android apps that are not needed?
Thanks.
