how do i save my pictures, music, videos in my memory card in my samsung t559?
I cant figure out how to save my media in my microsd card. i would really appreciated if you can guide me thru the process of how to do it.

how do i get my samsung comeback to read my SIM card? when i insert the SIM card it says searching.

Thank you for your inquiry and we understand that your phone searches for network using your sim card and we're sorry to hear that.
Please try to do a soft reset to check if it would work. Soft Reset: Turn of the phone. Remove and put back the battery for at least 10-15 seconds and check if it would work.
You may also drop by at your service provider's corporate store to try using a different sim card on your phone and different phone with your sim card to check if it would work.
If any of these won’t work, we recommend you to contact your Service Provider to check if there's a network issue or outage in your location, as they can provide you available options to fix network connection on your phone in a timelier manner.
You may reach T-Mobile at 1-800-866-2453 for further assistance.
