Hi bandjss!
Thank you for your inquiry.
For you to connect the Samsung Comeback™ Cell Phone (SGH-T559) to the computer to transfer pictures, it would require you to have the compatible USB data cable and the driver for the SGH-T559 handset, which is the Samsung New PC Studio.
For you to download the Samsung New PC Studio on your computer: 1. Deactivate the antivirus and firewall on your computer. 2. Open the web browser and then log on to this link:
3. Click on the software tab and then download the compatible driver for the type of OS on your computer. 4. Save the driver on your desktop. 5. Once download is complete, double click on the EXE file and click on Run. 6. Follow the procedure to install it.
Connecting the SGH-T559 handset to the computer and transfer pictures: 1. Plug one end of the data cable into the handset's power/data port located on the upper right side and the other end into a USB port on the PC. 2. Open the New Samsung PC Studio application. 3. The SGH-T559 (Comeback) icon will now appear in the upper right corner of the display. 4. Double click on the My Computer icon, located in the top left corner. 5. Navigate to and click on any folder that contains the pictures to be transferred. 6. Double click on the SGH-T559 (Comeback) icon and ensure that the Images folder contents are shown. 7. Drag n drop or copy and paste the Pictures from the PC into the handset's Images folder (For multiple files hold down the Crtl key). 8. In the pop-up window, PC Studio will show the file being transferred. 9. After the Pictures/Videos are transferred, click OK. 10. After the file transfer is complete it is safe to disconnect the data cable from both devices. 11. To transfer pictures from the handset, simply repeat the steps above copying from the handset's Images/Videos folder to the desired destination on the PC.
Note: Make sure the Bluetooth is disabled and the phone is in idle mode.
Should you desire additional assistance connecting the phone to the computer, we invite you to call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.

Thanks for your question!
Regarding your concern, are you having a phone lock message or you would like to unlock your phone for a different network?
Unlocking the phone to use it for a different network requires permission from your current service provider as We hold a proprietary licensing agreement with them.Contact your current service provider for assistance on how to unlock it using the unlock code they will provide.
If you are having "PIN LOCK" or "PUK LOCK", it's a lock on the simcard and you can ask for assistance with your service provider to help you with the PUK or PIN CODE to unlock it.
If the phone has a "Phone lock" and it's asking for a passcode, use "0000” or “00000000” as a default passcode.
If you need additional assistance or information, please just write us again on this forum or you can also try calling Samsung Customer Support at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357 between the hours 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, CST.
