My Comeback SGH-t559 is repeating each song I play over and over. It did not use to do that.
I put in a new battery, it still does it. I took out the chip and reinserted it, it still plays each song over and over.

Hi Don4206!
Thank you for your inquiry.
Upon checking the specifications and settings on the Samsung Comeback™ Cell Phone (SGH-T559), the phone is a quad-band handset which allows you to roam almost anywhere globally. It covers the 850 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, and 1900 MHz frequencies. 3G connection of the phone is a service from the network provider.
Regarding your concern using the phone to a different country, we cannot assist in unlocking the SGH-T559 handset for use on another network. We hold a proprietary licensing agreement with your Service Provider and it would be in violation of this agreement to assist in unlocking the phone.
T-Mobile has these codes and should be able to provide support for this.
Please Note: Unlocking of the phone, although at the discretion of the service provider is possible, will void all Samsung warranties for support or service. Features that are available on the intended network may not be accessible on the alternate network. Features on the alternate network may not be available this phone as these features are not those of the network on which the phone was intended to be used, and therefore, are not programmed.
As to whether or not a phone of this type will be available for the network of your choice in the future, we are only able to provide information regarding models that are currently on the market for sale, as any pre-release information would be subject to change and could therefore be inaccurate at the time of launch.
Again, we thank you for comments and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
We appreciate your continued interest in Samsung products.
The recommended memory card/size on your phone is 2GB microSDHC, and the maximum size is 16GB, microSDHC.
To purchase accessories for your phone, please coordinate with Samsung Accessories Sales Department at your earliest convenience by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.

Hi there.
When you open your handset in landscape mode, the idle screen looks differently than the portrait (front) idle screen. Five icons display on the lower portion of the screen. These icons function as shortcuts to the most frequently used menus: Inbox, web2go, Apps, My Account and Music.
Thank you for your continued interest in Samsung products.
With the Inbox, web2go, Apps, My Acount, and Music links on my display screen, i am unable to see my wallpaper. Is there a way to edit which links are on the main screen?

Hi there!
Regarding your concern, there is no available option for us to change the 5 links that you see on your screen once you are on a landscape mode. This is part of the phone's operating system in which we cannot alter nor delete.

Hi there!
Thank you for your inquiry. You can transfer your pictures from your computer to your Samsung Comeback phone via mass storage.
Via Mass Storage
Important: For this method, the handset's USB Mode must first be set to either Mass Storage or Ask on Connection.
To change the USB mode setting follow the steps below:
1. From the standby screen, press the left soft key for Menu 2. Select Settings (4) 3. Select Personalized (1) 4. Select Phone Settings (3) 5. Select USB Mode (3) 6. Highlight either Ask on Connection or Mass Storage, using the navigation keys 7. Press the left soft key to Save the USB Mode Setting
Note: The instructions below assume a microSD memory card has previously been inserted as well as formatted by the handset to create the necessary folders.
WARNING: DO NOT DISCONNECT USB DATA CABLE DURING THE FILE TRANSFER
To transfer Pictures/Videos, from a PC, to the SGH-T559 (Comeback) handset's memory card follow the steps below:
1. Plug one end of the data cable into the handset's power/data port located on the right side and the other end into a USB port on the PC. 2. On the PC, open My Computer and double-click on the new Removable Disk (Hint: it will be assigned a drive letter and, depending on system configuration, may not be the only Removable Disk present) 3. Using Windows Explorer, copy and paste (or drag and drop) Pictures/Videos from the PC into the Images/Videos folder located under the new Removable Disk 4. After the file transfer is complete it is safe to disconnect the data cable from both devices 5. To transfer pictures/vidoes from the handset, simply repeat the steps above copying from the handset's Images/videos folder to the desired desination on the PC.
We hope we provided you information that can help you to enjoy more using your phone. Have a great day.

Hi there!
Most issues like this may be resolved with minimal troubleshooting. Once troubleshooting has been done to the point of actual failure, we can setup a repair on the handset, should it be determined the problem cannot be resolved over the phone. We can repair the phone, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged.
At your earliest convenience, please call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.
Our repair facility will have the phone roughly 5-10 days from the time that it is received. Some dealer locations may offer a loaner phone program while your handset is in repair. While Samsung cannot control the availability of these products or programs in your area, please contact your local provider or dealer if you are in need of a phone, to find out if they are a participating member of this program. If you have any questions regarding this process, please ask the Service Representative at the time of your call.
Additionally, if your device is in warranty or you have insurance through your service provider, some providers do offer a replacement policy on phones which need servicing. In some cases, they may send out a replacement phone and the phone that you are having issues with will be sent back to them in return. For more details on a possible exchange, please contact your Service Provider.
Thank you for your continued interest in Samsung products.

I contacted my service provider for the Unlock Code, everything OK. After unlock, I intoduced a incorrect password several times. I never could user the cell phone. Now it work perfectly with the original provider (T-mobile) but with a sim card from another service provider display the message "Phone Freeze. SIM unavailable. Contact your service provider" When I checking the status phone (* # 7465625 #), everyone is Off, except Network Lock is On. What I can do?
