Hi chiquitia123,
Thank you for your inquiry and we understand that your phone searches for network using your sim card and we're sorry to hear that.
Please try to do a soft reset to check if it would work. Soft Reset: Turn of the phone. Remove and put back the battery for at least 10-15 seconds and check if it would work.
You may also drop by at your service provider's corporate store to try using a different sim card on your phone and different phone with your sim card to check if it would work.
If any of these won’t work, we recommend you to contact your Service Provider to check if there's a network issue or outage in your location, as they can provide you available options to fix network connection on your phone in a timelier manner.
You may reach T-Mobile at 1-800-866-2453 for further assistance.

Hi there!
The easiest way to transfer pictures from the phone to the computer is through mass storage.
This option will require you to have the memory card inside the phone and a data cable for you to connect the device to the computer.
Try the following steps on the phone: From the standby screen, press Menu Press Settings Press Personalized Press Phone Settings Select USB Mode Highlight Mass Storage using the navigation keys. Press Save to keep the USB Mode setting Connect the phone to the PC until it registers the device and a Removable disk will pop up on the screen. choose open folder to view files for you to transfer photos from the source folder to the destination folder.
If you do not have a memory card, then you may download the software from the Samsung website that would allow the phone to connect to the computer. The software that you would be needing is the New PC Studio software.
Here is the link where you can download the software needed for connecting the phone to the computer.
Once the software has been installed on the PC, then you may try to do the following steps: Plug one end of the data cable into the handset's power/data port located on the upper right side and the other end into a USB port on the PC Open the New Samsung PC Studio application The SGH-T559 (Comeback) icon will now appear in the upper right corner of the display Double click on the My Computer icon, located in the top left corner Navigate to and click on any folder that contains the pictures to be transferred Double click on the SGH-T559 (Comeback) icon and ensure that the Images folder contents are shown Drag n drop or copy and paste the Pictures from the PC into the handset's Images folder (For multiple files hold down the Crtl key) In the pop-up window, PC Studio will show the file being transferred After the Pictures are transferred, click OK After the file transfer is complete it is safe to disconnect the data cable from both devices To transfer pictures from the handset, simply repeat the steps above copying from the handset's Images folder to the desired desination on the PC

How do I manage the play order of the songs that are on my memeory card when using the music player included on the phone?
It seems the songs play in a random order. Even when the songs are numbered, the music player seems to be determining the playing order based on some other criteria other than the song title. How exactly does the music player determine song order and is there anything I can do to organize the songs into a specific order?

I have the Samsung comeback. I am receiving unknown incoming phone calls. My phone does not offer a feature/setting/application for me to block incoming private or unknown numbers. My provider does not offer these things as an option either. Is there away that I might be able to block these unknown incoming numbers that my provider or I mght not be aware of?

Thank you for your inquiry. Hi, with the Samsung Comeback SGH-t559 blocking incoming calls is somewhat different with the first Gravity phone. This phone does not have the regular call reject option, however it has the call barring feature that allows you to restrict specific incoming and outgoing calls on your phone. And with the call barring feature it is a sim card dependent issue and you may need to call your Service Provider to have it activated. To go to call barring. Please see the steps below: -got to menu -go to settings -go to call settings -go to call barring For further details regarding this phone, we advise you to visit our website www.samsung.com to check for other specifications that you may enjoy with this phone. Thank you for your continued interest in Samsung products. Sincerely, Technical Support

How to disable voicemail notifications linked to incoming texts?
I bought this phone because I text a lot, so I've been really disappointed to experience the following problem with this otherwise great phone: if I have a voicemail that I haven't checked yet, a notification to check my voicemail pops up every single time I receive a text message. The only way to make this go away is to check my voicemail, but if I'm not in a position to do that, the constant notifications get really annoying.
I've hunted around in the phone settings a lot, but haven't yet been able to find an option to disable the voicemail notifications that appear with every incoming text. I'd appreciate any advice on how to change this. Thanks in advance!
