This is not uncommon with the 528. I know, it happened to mine. Although it's possible for your phone to open these feasures again, chances are that they won't and if they do, it could only stop again. Call your phone provider and I'm sure they will be happy to help you trade in your phone for a new one.

t528 (TracFone) Cell Phone: I need Adobe Flash or similar program. It will not play music from radio websites

It says "Unsupported" when I try to play music from radio station websites that have MP3 or WMV or AAC or other music players. How can I play music from 'iHeartRadio' or other radio music websites? Is there a way to download a flash player for audio on this t528 (TracFone) Cell Phone? Thanks.

My daughter just got her T528G and she set a PUK lock, but when she tries to unlock her phone now, it won't accept the code she put in. How to reset?

Initially it asks for a PUK code. She puts one in and then it asks for a new PIN code and then to confirm the PIN code. Nothing we do works. Help!

Regarding your concern, there is no need to install any software on the computer for you to connect the handset with your PC. All you need to have is a memory card inside the handset and a data cable then set the phone to mass storage.

To connect the phone to the computer, please follow the steps below:
Pull out and up the memory card slot cover
Insert the formatted microSD card into the memory card slot
Connect the USB data cable to both the handset and the USB port on the PC
If Select USB Mode appears on the display press the clear key to return to the standby screen OR if the MTP Connect to the PC... appears on the display, press OK then with Yes highlighted press OK to disconnect from the PC
From the standby screen, press OK for Menu
Select Settings & Tools
Select Tools
Select USB Mass Storage
From the PC, double click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop
Double click on the newly created drive letter (which may appear as an icon or text, depending on your View settings)
Double click on the folder to view the contents
Copy and paste or drag n drop the files to/from the destination on the PC
From the handset, press OK for Disconnect
With Yes highlighted, press OK then remove the USB data cable from both the handset and PC

Sorry, but that can happen to anyone who doesn't use a pin or password often enough to remember it. I believe that you will need to contact your service provider for a new SIM card and and upon receiving
the new card, call and activate the new Sim. If your son decides to install a new password on the phone, have him use a code that means something to him. A word or very short phrase that installed using numbers instead of letters will help him to remember his password.

how to install driver

i am trying to import pictures from my phone to my computer and it is not detecting the phone and under devices the samsung mobile device has a caution symbol icon and it says there is no driver i try to install the driver and it wont work because windows security says that the drivers authorization is not a valid publisher, i tried to tell it to install anyway and it wont work

On the right side of your phone, near the top, is an unlock button. this will give you access the the phone's dial tab. It won't interrupt your call, but be careful about the side of your face coming into contact with the screen. That could inadvertently cause other #s to be activated.
