Question

How can I connect my phone to my computer to upload music files.

When I plug my phone into my Dell PC it will not recognize the device so Windows Media player won't be able to sync my music files into my phone. I cannot figure out what is going on. It keeps saying that the device is malfunctioning, but it shouldn't be because it recognized the device once before and the phone is brand new.

Question

I have already talked to straight talk 4 times today and they can't fix my phone, so Im hoping you can tell me what to do.

When I go to make a call it says Emergency Calls Only, when I go to text it says service not available, but I will have 3 bars, and when I go to get on the Internet it says Check Data Restrictions-34. I havent been able to use my phone since 12:00 this afternoon and its now after midnight so I lost 1 whole day of service because of this.

If you have successfully connected to a Wi-Fi network, you will not be using your mobile data while browsing the internet. You will be using only your Wi-Fi connection. You can connect to a Wi-Fi network by touching Menu>Settings>Wi-Fi. A list of the available networks will populate. Choose yours and tap to connect.

Issue: "Intializing please wait..." then nothing?

I try to go to my contacts or messages in my phone and it says "Initializing Please Wait..." And then the message goes away, but nothing happens. It won't let me in to either one. It will allow internet access, but i can not see my messages, or contacts list. Please help? I've only had the phone for less than a month! I am having trouble with my phone.

Yesterday, my phone just cut off, which it has been doing recently. Yesterday, though, it has done something different. Once I cut it back on, I cannot receive or send out texts. If I try, the message "INITIALIZING" comes up. If I try to look up contacts, same issue. I can go to web, fb, etc, and can dial out.

Question

Buzzing noise or sounds like you lost call when talking on phone.

I will be talking on the phone and either i will have a buzzing noise or it has no sound, like if you loose a call. That is on my end the person on the other end can hear me like a normal call. I have to hang up and call them back. I am wondering if this is something that i am doing with out realizing it or is it the phone?
I have had a different phone and I never had a problem with service. I have full bars when this happens. I sent one phone back in and just received a new phone yesterday and had this happen yesterday. I dont understand why this is happening. Do i need to send it back and get another phone again?

Question

My daughter just got her T528G and she set a PUK lock, but when she tries to unlock her phone now, it won't accept the code she put in. How to reset?

Initially it asks for a PUK code. She puts one in and then it asks for a new PIN code and then to confirm the PIN code. Nothing we do works. Help!

Please try to use the default pass code to unlock your phone. Default pass code is 0000 or 00000000. If the default password won’t work, we would be glad to give you further assistance in unlocking your phone. Just call Samsung Support Hotline at your earliest convenience, please call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.
