Question

Need to change IMEI and serial number on replacement phone - and having same problem with new phone as with old.

Just received the new replacement phone today (Tuesday 1/22/2012) - need to register the new IMEI and Serial number - also have the same issue I had with the phone I sent back - I have to turn the speaker phone on to make or receive voice calls - it took over a week for the replacement phone to be returned via FedEx - just want a simple fix for the phone I have now - thanks.

I can't get the pictures to load onto the SD card. The phone says it has no memory left but when I remove the card and install it in the computer it says that the card is empty. I have also left the card in the phone and used a USB cord to the computer and it says I have 275 pictures, but it will not let me see them.

This is not uncommon with the 528. I know, it happened to mine. Although it's possible for your phone to open these feasures again, chances are that they won't and if they do, it could only stop again. Call your phone provider and I'm sure they will be happy to help you trade in your phone for a new one.

As far as I know, you can't turn off the alert for your e-mail or change the one for your messages.

How do I delete network profiles in wi-fi section

1. Power off
2. Remove the battery and leave it out for at least 30 seconds
3. Insert battery back into device
4. Power back on and evaluate

About receiving a call, I need to press 1 to answer how can I do that on this phone

I get calls transferred to my cell from work and the prompt to answer the call says press 1. How can I do that on this phone? If I am not able to do that I will have to return it.

On the right side of your phone, near the top, is an unlock button. this will give you access the the phone's dial tab. It won't interrupt your call, but be careful about the side of your face coming into contact with the screen. That could inadvertently cause other #s to be activated.

I am connected to my router at home and when i click on the screen of my phone the 3G symbol is red and has a flashing line next to it why?

And when I disconnect from my router it still shows 3G in red and the flashing line.
