Question

how do i connect wi-fi?

two different times i tried to connect i got two different situations; first, it seemed connected but every time i tried to watch a video it said i wasn't connected and, second, it wouldn't connect b/c it said i had an invalid network key, which i don't know what the key should be???

The hardware of the phone is manufactured by Samsung but the software and the programming of the device is solely incorporated and configured by your carrier. With this, your carrier has formed their own support group to assist you with your inquiries.

The battery discharges over night

Hi i have purchased two of these phones and the battery keeps discharging even when the phone is not in use. with this happening I cannot find this phone reliable at all. does anyone know how to fix? it seems to do this right off the shelf

What software do you have for this device to connect to a PC (win7 64)?
