1. Power off
2. Remove the battery and leave it out for at least 30 seconds
3. Insert battery back into device
4. Power back on and evaluate

How the devil do I remove the various pop-up notifications from the main screen?

The user manual doesn't explain what any of the various little symbols on the screen signify. Furthermore, it doesn't explain how to remove the pop-up notifications (for missed calls, voicemail, new email, etc.). Cute phone, but the support materials are extremely lacking.

My T528G REBOOTS 5-10 times a week... Is there a firmware fix for this yet at SAMSUNG.com???

The T528G constantly shuts down on its own & reboots to the TRACFONE blue status bar screen! (Not to be confused with the T528G's natural sleep mode feature). I have tried "reinstalling" the battery & even securing the battery more securly with tape but so far nothing has helped!!! Any solutions would be greatly appreciated!

i ea samsung model t528g cell phone

I puchased a new samsung t528g cell phone about a month and i am really upset. The touch screen is horrible, i have to touch the "on screen keyboard" letters mutiple times to get it to respond, the space bar can take 5 or 6 taps to get it to respond and the auto complete doesn't have all the words in it, it keeps correcting my spelling, offering a different word then what i want. How can you possibly be retailing this phone ? I am mad enough to go right to the attorney general about this. You know better.

Question

Shut off keypad lock default

Is there any way that when a phone call is happening (live phone call or voicemail) that the keypad default is locked. Often times if I call a business, I need to use the keypad to dial an option. I have to unlock the keypad by holding a button on the side of the phone and then tap the dialpad option to get it showing. It is a huge inconvenience. I'd rather just have that keypad never locked if possible. Thanks.

Question

Issue: "Intializing please wait..." then nothing?

I try to go to my contacts or messages in my phone and it says "Initializing Please Wait..." And then the message goes away, but nothing happens. It won't let me in to either one. It will allow internet access, but i can not see my messages, or contacts list. Please help? I've only had the phone for less than a month! Question

I am having trouble with my phone.

Yesterday, my phone just cut off, which it has been doing recently. Yesterday, though, it has done something different. Once I cut it back on, I cannot receive or send out texts. If I try, the message "INITIALIZING" comes up. If I try to look up contacts, same issue. I can go to web, fb, etc, and can dial out.

I can't get the pictures to load onto the SD card. The phone says it has no memory left but when I remove the card and install it in the computer it says that the card is empty. I have also left the card in the phone and used a USB cord to the computer and it says I have 275 pictures, but it will not let me see them.
