How do I reset an email address?

I put in my email but it says I have the wrong password. I have reset my phone back to factory defaults but that did not allow me to re-enter information for my email address.

You go into your browser go to the site were your email is from log in ''threw your browser'' and hit keep signed in.

The hardware of the phone is manufactured by Samsung but the software and the programming of the device is solely incorporated and configured by your carrier. With this, your carrier has formed their own support group to assist you with your inquiries.

As far as I know, you can't turn off the alert for your e-mail or change the one for your messages.

You can try installing a new SIM card and get it activated by your provider. If this fails to help and call your provider back and make arrangements to an exchange your old phone for a new one. I'm sure they will be happy to help.
