I have been reading through the materials for the t528 which I purchased yesterday and it states that PC Studio is a free download from the support web site. I'm not having much luck finding the download page. Help?

It says right in the actual manual. "Make sure battery is properly installed. If not, this will cause the phone to turn itself on and off". If your phone is doing this, take out battery and re-install it! If connections are barely off, (which I learned myself on older phones too), it can also shorten, or cause the phone not to charge properly too. As we carry our phones around, batteries can move too. Hope this helps!

Hello WAIME,

We had the exact same problem. There was no solution expect to contact StraightTalk and receive a replacement. Luckily it hadn't been 30 days since we had bought it and they sent us a new one. My only other recommendation would be to reset the phone to factory settings as it came. This can be done from the menu. Good Luck!

hold the lock key on top right side of phone, screen will open with buttons, one of whick is labeled "dial", push dial and numeric keys will appear

To the best of my knowledge, there is no END button. The Pause/Play button allows you to start and stop a song, but to end a song, you have to press the forward or backword icons and go to another song or press the center key to back out to the song menu. As for the widgits, you have to open your widgit menu, by touching the widgit menu tab on the left side of your screen about 2/3s of the way down. When it opens, touch the widgit you want to remove from the screen and watch for it to enlarge. then with your finger still on the icon, slide it all the way to the left. It should shrink and align itself back into the menu.

Why won't my T528g phone connect to PC Studio

I've tried PC Studio 7 and New PC Studio 1.5 and neither application will recognize my phone in PC Studio mode. I need to be able to sync the phone to Outlook to upload the calendar, tasks, and contacts from my old Palm or my Samsung phone will be less than useful to me. I read this is a "hidden" feature of StraightTalk phones; i.e. we are not supposed to be able to sync our phones. I hope that is not true.

Yes sorry to say that is true. when I called about the same problem spoke with Samsung and Straight talk. Samsung was as helpfull as could be and said that the phone was all good and that I needed to contact Straight Talk and they said that you could not down load anything to protect the phone

I find the easiest way is to use the bluetooth capabilities. The phone has it and your computer should also have it.

If you can't do that, you can buy a USB reader for your micro SD card. That way, you just put your card into the reader and plug the reader into your computer.

Or you could send the photo as a picture message to an email address.
