Thank you for your inquiry. This message appears when all signals are lost. While this is displayed you may only dial emergency numbers such as 911, Police, Fire Department or perhaps an ambulance. However, if this continues for a long period of time, this could indicate that the SIM card may be damaged.
We recommend contacting your service provider to investigate the possibility that a replacement SIM card would resolve this issue.
We appreciate your continued interest in Samsung products. Have a great day.
I recently purchased the SAMSUNG Gravity 3 and charge it overnight. The phone, however, makes a noise when it is fully charged (after about 2 hours on the charger). Is there a way to turn this off? It interrupts my sleep and is one of the things that I dislike most about the phone.

Regarding about your concern, although the Samsung Gravity ™ 3 (SGH-T479) supports IMAP/POP3 account to sync e-mails, there is no configurable option on the phone to sync contacts from a website.
However, you may contact your network provider for the service and application you can use to sync contacts from an e-mail account.

If you intend to use the phone overseas, you have to coordinate with your service provider and get the subsidy code (network control key) that would allow you to unlock the phone from their network.
It's the discretion of the network provider to provide this code and we highly recommend that you call them so you can get details regarding this matter.

The default passcode for the phone is "0000" or "00000000".
There is no way that we can retrieve the passcode that was set on the phone.
If the default passcode did not work then we can do a reset on the phone.

Hi there!
Thank you for your inquiry.
There are no configurable options to have the sent and received messages on the same folder. The SIM card can save 30 messages and the rest would be saved on the phone memory.
