Since you have a data cable, you may go to our Samsung Website so you can download the software that would allow you to connect the phone to the computer to transfer data.

Here is the link for you to download the PC Studio software needed for the connection.

Once you already installed the software on your computer, try to do the following steps:

From standby press the Menu key
Select Settings
Select Phone Settings
Select USB Mode
Highlight Modem and press the OK key
Plug one end of a compatible data cable into the handset and the other end into a USB slot on a PC or laptop
On the PC, launch PC Studio 3
Click on the Phone Explorer icon
Use the Phone Explorer interface to copy and paste pictures and videos from the handset to a desired location on the PC

Music Player Shortcut Keys
1. In Idle mode, press Menu > Fun & Apps > Music player and press the Select soft key or the key.
2. Select a music file and press Play to play the music.
3. While playing a music file, the following keys act as shortcuts:
4. Press the key to exit and return to Idle mode.

- Up Navigation key toggles the music player’s Shuffle feature: On (enable this feature), or toggles to the repeat mode and replays this music file.
- Down Navigation key stops the playback of the music file.
- Left Navigation key plays the previous music file in the playlist.
- Right Navigation key plays the next music file in the playlist.

Question

Phone shuts off without warning

While using the phone or at any time the phone powers off without notification. The phone worked for the last 12 months without issue. Suspected a firmware update during the night caused the phone to no longer accept existing PIN. PIN was unblocked using instructions from T-Mobile. Phone settings appeared to have been reset and now powers down sporadically.

If you intend to use the phone with a different network provider, you have to coordinate with your current service provider and get the subsidy code (network control key) that would allow you to unlock the phone from their network.

how do i add music
