Hi there!

We're sorry to hear you dropped your phone into water.

Due to Samsung's policy with repairs, any damage encountered to the phone through water or other liquids can and in most cases will cause corrosion to the inner workings of the handset. In these circumstances, it is no longer feasible to attempt to repair the phone; consequently, the phones received in this condition into our North Texas repair facilities are shipped back to the customer un-repaired. If you have insurance through your service provider please contact them for a possible replacement phone. Also, if you purchased the phone with a credit card most companies offer buyers protection. Contact your Credit Card Company to inquire about this program.

Have a good day.

Hi there!

If the SDcard that you are trying to use came from another phone, you must first reformat the SDcard before you can use it on a Samsung phone. Please check also the format of the music file you are trying to play, if it is supported by the handset. These are the list of the supported music files for your phone.
MP3, MP4, AAC, 3GP, AMR

Hi there!

If you intend to use the phone with a different network provider, you have to coordinate with your current service provider and get the subsidy code (network control key) that would allow you to unlock the phone from their network.

It's the discretion of the network provider to provide this code and we highly recommend that you call them so you can get details regarding this matter.

Question

What do I do when my phone is PIN blocked?

I was going through my security features on my phone and it asked me for my PIN code and I thought it was the last four digits of my number but it wasn't. I tried multiple numbers but none of them worked. But later, I found out that 0000 and 1234 were other numbers I could've tried. But I got the number wrong and it completely locked down my phone. I get no service and the only call I can make is an emergency call. How do I get my phone unlocked or reset?
