Try to do a soft reset on your phone.
Soft Reset: Turn of the phone. Remove and put back the battery after a couple of minutes (2-3).

Tip: We highly advise you to use a different handset, so that they could walk you through checking the phone while on a call.

Regarding your concern, if your old phone has a capability to send contact via Bluetooth, the SGH-T404G has the capability to receive business card.

You may also contact your service provider to backup your contacts using backup assistance, and then save it to the SGH-T404G handset.

How do you find a wired headset? All the online sales are for other Samsung Products

Why won't my phone send pictures to my computer via bluetooth?

The phone refuses to connect to send the pictures. My computer says i need some drivers, but I didn't need them back when I bought the phone and was sending stuff via bluetooth then.

Bad Bad , The Terms and conditions Info is twice as large as the User info supplied with
Phone. Nothing about using the tools supposed to be supplied with phone. And your WEB site is not any Better.

Are you referring transferring files from your computer to the microSD memory card inserted on the SGH-T404G handset?

Regarding your concern, we do not have any information concerning the connection of the SGH-T255G to your computer so that you can transfer pictures.

However, we recommend contacting Trac Fone for the steps on how to transfer pictures from your phone to the computer. You can reach Trac Fone Customer Support at their toll free number 1-800-867-7183.

Put in my SIM card and got an SOS message with a SIM card displayed

What does this mean? Your troubleshooting page doesn't work either by the way. It says "lets get started - select a topic" and is blank under that!!

Here are the steps of how to set message alert tone.

While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu
Select Settings (9)
Select Set Sound Profiles (1)
Highlight the profile to be edited, using the navigation keys, then press the OK key to Edit
*Normal
*Silent
*Driving
*Outdoor
Highlight the Message tab, using the left or right navigation keys
Highlight Message Alert Type, using the navigation keys, then press the OK key for Change
Highlight desired Message Alert Type setting, using the navigation keys, from the following:
Mute
Melody
Vibration
Vibration then Melody
Press the left soft key for OK to save the Message Alert Type setting
Highlight Message Alert Tone, using the navigation keys, then press the OK key for Change
Highlight desired Message Alert Tone setting, using the navigation keys, from the following:
Tone 1
Tone 2
Tone 3
Tone 4
Press the left soft key for OK to save the Message Alert Tone setting
Highlight Message Alert Repetition, using the navigation keys, then press the OK key for Change
Highlight either Once, Every 1 Min or Every 2 Min, using the navigation keys
Press the left soft key for OK to save the Message Alert Repetition
Press the left soft key for OK again to save the Normal, Driving or Outdoor Profile setting
