Thank you for your inquiry. We understand that you would like to know why 50% of the time while your on a call, the person on the other end can't hear you on your phone, SGH-T379. We do apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused you.

You may try performing a soft reset on the phone as a basic troubleshooting step to fix it, by taking out the battery for at least 15-30 seconds, then put the battery back in again and turn it back on to refresh the software.

We recommend you to contact your Service Provider to check if there's a network issue or outage in your location, as they can provide you available options to fix this connection issue in a more timely manner.

Your phone doesn't have the capability to connect to a Wi-Fi.

Thank you for your inquiry. We understand that you are having a problem connecting your phone, SGH-T379 via USB and Bluetooth with Samsung PC Studio to your PC. We do apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused you.

There's no available driver yet that your may use to sync your phone to a computer, if you wish to sync your phone to a computer and transfer media files, you may do mass storage so you could transfer them to the computer and vice versa.

Regarding your concern, unfortunately, there is no configurable option to do this on your device. The sim card stores contact until they are full in which they are automatically saved to your phone's memory.
