To change the default destination for your pictures, press the Options soft key when Send to: My Album Online? displays on the screen. Highlight the Default destination option and the Change option. You can then change your default destination to Recent recipients, Contacts, Phone number, E-mail address, and My Album.

Question

Permit 3rd party MIDlets (java apps) network access.

My SGH-T369 allows me to navigate the browser to websites where I can download and install 3rd party java apps like Google Maps. These show up in my list under MENU > MEDIA > GAMES AND APPS > MY GAMES. However, when I launch the MIDlet, I get the error:

"Need network access - This application cannot be used until you grant it permission to send and receive data over the network."

Now, my account with T-Mobile is fine- network access for my DEVICE is not a problem. I need to be able to permit APPLICATIONS installed on the device network access. This should be a setting.

When in the GAMES AND APPS menu, I can press the left soft key to select OPTIONS > 4. PROPERTIES and see Version, Size, Authorized and Vendor information. Authorized says "untrusted".

How can this be changed? It is a manufacturer or carrier programmed setting that locks out all but "approved" applications? Can it be unlocked?

Thank you for your inquiry. We understand that you're unable to receive picture message and audio message on your phone, SGH-T369. We do apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused you.

You may try performing a soft reset on the phone as a basic troubleshooting step to fix it, by taking out the battery for at least 15-30 seconds, then put the battery back in again and turn it back on to refresh the software.

If the soft reset won't work, since MMS (Multimedia messaging Service) is network dependent feature of the phone or one of the services offered by your carrier if you would like to send or receive multimedia messages, we recommend you to contact your Service Provider, as they can provide you available options to fix this problem in a more timely manner.

You may reach T-Mobile 1-800-937-8997 for futher assistance.

Question

PC Studio 3 will not connect to my T369 cell phone

While installing PC Studio 3, I got a number of CRC error messages. Retry was not successful so I selected 'ignore' to continue with the installation. After the initial install, I also installed all the updates and drivers. The phone is in 'modem' mode and it is not recognized by PC Studio 3. Would appreciate a solution to enable PC Studio 3 to communicate with my T369 phone.

Question

How do I get data from my old phone or PC to the new t369?

I have installed the PC Studio 3. It doesn't find my phone via USB cable. With Studio, it finds the phone via Blue Tooth but can't communicate or connect. If I change from Modem to Mass Storage, I can find the MicroSD with Explorer and copy over Ringtones, Music & Images, but how do I get the phone to recognize, and why can't I use Studio? Why doesn't USB work? Why doesn't Blue Tooth work?

Question

My battery icon shows charging withou a charger, why and how do we stop this?

I charged my phone every night and today, it kept beeping and so I turned it off and took out the battery and still kept on and I lowered the ringer to silent and I noticed my battery icon shows likes it charging but no charger on it and my backlight is constantly on and I have turned off the phone several times and taken the battery out, but still keeps doing the same thing?
