Hi!

The phone does not have a configurable option to change message alert tones.

However, you can assign an MP3 songs as ringtones.

Here's how to:

1.From the Home screen, Menu > Media > Music
2.Highlight the desired audio track and press Options > Set As > Default Ringtone > Yes

You can try the default passcode which is 8 "0's". Unfortunately, there is no support for the use of our standard phones with a Macintosh computer, nor does Samsung offer compatible software. The only handsets for which we provide limited support for connection to a Mac are the Palm OS handsets offered for use on the Sprint Network.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this presents.
However, it may be possible to use the mass storage feature of your device to connect to your Mac and drag and drop media files between your device and Mac computer, using Mac’s Finder tool.
Please review the information below concerning your handset’s USB configuration settings, bearing in mind that these instructions will reference PC, as they are written with this intent.

Hi there!

Apparently, we do not have any available software nor drivers that you would be needing for you to connect the phone to the computer.

If you are going to transfer media files, you may do mass storage so you could transfer them to the computer. For you to connect the phone to the computer, it would require you to have the memory card inside the phone and a USB data cable.

If the microSD memory card came from another phone and you could not saved any files on it. Try to format the microSD memory card using your phone so that the phone will recognize the microSD memory card inserted in it.

To format a memory card:
1. Insert a microSD memory card into the memory card slot, located under the battery cover.
2. From the standby screen, press Menu.
3. Press Media.
4. Select Others.
5. Press Memory Card, and then select Options.
6. Select Memory Card Info, and the choose Format.
7. Press Yes to confirm formatting the microSD Memory Card.

Note: This action will erase the SD card in the phone. You will lose ALL data on the card.

Mass Storage settings on the SGH-T369 handset:

Menu > Settings > Personalize > Phone Settings > USB Mode>Mass Storage

Connecting the phone to the computer:
1. Connect the SGH-T369 Column to a PC using a supported data cable.
2. When prompted on the PC, select "Open Folder To View Files" and then click OK.
3. You can now transfer files between the memory card of the Column and your PC using copy/paste or drag/drop.

The SIM card can accommodate 30 messages only. The rest of the messages are saved on the phone memory.

Menu > web2go > Enter URL

Enter any desired website address and you'll be connected in a few seconds.

I downloaded Samsung PC Studio and I also have a USB cable. When I plugged my phone into my computer, the computer did not detect it. Do I need a micro SD card to put music onto my phone/ make my computer recognize there is a phone plugged in?

Why am I asked if I want to audio connect to my car's bluetooth each time I turn on the car

All my other phones auto connected to the hands free bluetooth in my car. On this phone, I have to manually answer the question of connecting to the audio connect or it won't pair. Can you please tell me how to fix this issue

1. From the Home screen, launch the camera with a press and hold of the Camera key located on the bottom right spine.
2. Press Menu; use the right or left navigation keys to select the Memory in Use.
3. Use the up or down navigation keys to select memory card and then press Select.

1. Using a finger, gently lift up on the back end of the battery.
