If your handset is indicating "phone lock" as you turn the phone on, what we can advise as passcodes are "0000" or "00000000". If these codes will not work, then you may call the Samsung Customer Support Center, as they can help you troubleshoot this issue in a more timely manner than we could through this forum.
At your earliest convenience, please call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.
However, if you intend to use the phone with a different carrier/network, then you would need to contact your service provider as they can help you obtain a subsidy code (network control key). Once you were given a code by your network provider, they will also be giving you steps on how you could unlock the phone from your current network.
