Thank you for your inquiry.
Unfortunately, there is no support for the use of our standard phones with a Macintosh computer, nor does Samsung offer compatible software. The only handsets for which we provide limited support for connection to a Mac are the Palm OS handsets offered for use on the Sprint Network.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this presents.
However, it may be possible to use the mass storage feature of your device to connect to your Mac and drag and drop media files between your device and Mac computer, using Mac’s Finder tool.
Please review the information below concerning your handset’s USB configuration settings, bearing in mind that these instructions will reference PC, as they are written with this intent.
For further details regarding this phone, we advise you to visit our website www.samsung.com to check for other specifications that you may enjoy with this phone or you can always send us your questions and we will be happy to check our resources and answer it.
Thank you for your continued interest in Samsung products.

Hi there!

Apparently, we do not have any available software nor drivers that you would be needing for you to connect the phone to the computer.

If you are going to transfer media files, you may do mass storage so you could transfer them to the computer. For you to connect the phone to the computer, it would require you to have the memory card inside the phone and a USB data cable.

If the microSD memory card came from another phone and you could not saved any files on it. Try to format the microSD memory card using your phone so that the phone will recognize the microSD memory card inserted in it.

To format a memory card:
1. Insert a microSD memory card into the memory card slot, located under the battery cover.
2. From the standby screen, press Menu.
3. Press Media.
4. Select Others.
5. Press Memory Card, and then select Options.
6. Select Memory Card Info, and the choose Format.
7. Press Yes to confirm formatting the microSD Memory Card.

Note: This action will erase the SD card in the phone. You will lose ALL data on the card.

Mass Storage settings on the SGH-T369 handset:

Menu > Settings > Personalize > Phone Settings > USB Mode>Mass Storage

Connecting the phone to the computer:
1. Connect the SGH-T369 Column to a PC using a supported data cable.
2. When prompted on the PC, select "Open Folder To View Files" and then click OK.
3. You can now transfer files between the memory card of the Column and your PC using copy/paste or drag/drop.

Hi Kathleena!

Thank you for taking the time to inform us of the issue concerning your Samsung product.

Apparently, we do not have any available software nor drivers that you would be needing for you to connect the phone to the computer.

If you are going to transfer media files from your SGH-T369 handset to the computer, you may do mass storage so you could transfer them to the computer. For you to connect the phone to the computer, it would require you to have the microSD memory card inside the phone and a USB data cable.

If the microSD memory card came from another phone and you could not saved any files on it. Try to format the microSD memory card using your phone so that the phone will recognize the microSD memory card inserted in it.

To format a memory card:

From the Home screen, Menu > Media > Others > Memory Card > Options > Memory Card Info > Format > Yes

Note: Formatting the microSD memory card will delete all information saved on your memory card. We suggest backing up first your files saved on the microSD memory card.

Mass Storage Settings:

From the Home screen, select Menu > Settings > Personalize > Phone Settings > USB Mode > Mass Storage

Connecting the phone to the computer:
1. Connect the Column to a PC using a supported USB data cable.
2. If prompted on PC, select "Open folders to view files" and then click OK.
3. You can now copy/paste (drag and drop) files to and from your PC.
If the notification does not show up on the phone or on the computer, try to turn off you phone or connect the USB cable to another USB port on your computer.

Should you desire additional assistance resolving this, we invite you to call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.

Again, we thank you for comments and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

Hi audreylmj,

Thank you for your inquiry.

The roles of the soft keys vary depending on the function you are currently using. The labels on the bottom line of the display just above each key indicate their current role.

Selecting Options
To view the various functions and options available, you must select the one you want by:
1. Pressing the appropriate soft key.
2. Selecting the displayed function or the highlighted option, by pressing Select or Ok.
3. Viewing the next function or highlighting the next option on a list, by pressing the Down Navigation key.
4. Moving back to the previous function or option on a list, by pressing the Up key.
5. Moving back up one level in the menu structure, by pressing the Back soft key.
6. Pressing the end call button to exit the menu structure without changing the settings.

In some functions, you are asked for a password or PIN. Enter the correct code and press the OK soft key or Ok button. When you access a list of options, your phone highlights the currently active option. If, however, there are only two options, such as On/Off or Enable/Disable, your phone highlights the option that is not currently active, so that you can select it.

We thank you for your patronage of Samsung products.
