Hi there!

The SGH-T359 handset uses Standard Lithium Ion Battery (1000 mA) with part number EB424255VA.

When you use your phone, the battery provides power to the handset. This power can range from 0.006 watts to 0.2 watts in digital mode.

Hi trucnguyen!

Thank you for your inquiry.

Regarding your concern, upon checking the specifications and settings on the Samsung Smiley (SGH-t359), the phone does not have this feature.

You may look for a compatible application that you may download that will support this feature using your favorite search engine on your computer. However, we do not support the use of 3rd party applications and services with any of our devices. For this reason, we do not have information compiled on possible resources.

You may also contact your service provider if they have this kind of application and service that they can offer to you for your phone.

Again, we thank you for comments and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

We appreciate your continued interest in Samsung products.

Hi!

Thank you so much for your inquiry! We appreciate your patience regarding the SGH-T359 :)

There are several troubleshooting solutions for this issue.

1) Try a soft reset (power down, remove battery for 1-2 minutes, re-insert and then power up)

2) Instead of deleting the photos, try offloading them on to your PC via a USB Cable.

3) A hard reset is also an option; however, you will need to back up any data you want saved before proceeding.

If you need additional support, call Samsung Customer Support at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357 between the hours 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, CST. From there, a representative can assist you further!

Hi tori3angels!

Thank you for your correspondence. There is no configuration on the phone to resize the incoming picture txt messages. It is possible that the phone is nearly out of memory, because it will automatically resize the picture if the phone has insufficient memory so you can still receive the picture message. You may delete some unnecessary files to free up some space. If it's still not working, you may call up your service provider which is T-Mobile and check with them the incoming allowed picture messages on the phone. You can call up their Customer Care toll free number 1-800-937-8997.

Hi there,

Samsung has launched several initiatives in an effort to become an eco-friendly Company to “go green”. One such practice now in place is to eliminate the printing of hard copy User Manuals for our handsets. This is an ongoing project, and for this reason, we are no longer providing printed User Manuals upon request.

However, the user manual for your Samsung phone in PDF format is available for download from the Samsung Download Center. From the website which is www.samsung.com, simply enter the model or portion of the model number or name into the product search field to take you to the user manuals available.

We encourage you to view the FAQ's for your device, as this provides step by step instructions for many popular features of your device.

Should you have additional questions concerning a specific feature of your device, please contact us anytime, as we would be happy to provide additional information.

You can also contact our Customer Care Center by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.
