How do you turn off the scrolling service days on your screen permanently?

I could've sworn there was a setting option I seen before my cell was activated but I didn't realize it'd disappear and not be able to change the settings once the cell was activated.PLEASE tell me there is a way to turn off the annoying constant scrolling of service days on my screen.It bugs my eyes, the constant scrolling, and I really don't want to see that scroll across my screen repeatedly and endlessly.Can you please tell me how to change that setting or give me some code and allow me to do it.Please.I really hope this is not how I'm going to be stuck with my cell day after day.It really is annoying and does bug my eyes.Thank you if you answer with genuine help.

T9 texting does not predict words

Does my t340g look at my previous texts to determine the next word or words I may want? On my older phone if I typed in "See you tomm" all i had to type was "see" and the rest would pop up and i would accept it.

Question

I am confused about camera icons

On the top of the camera phone screen, there is a number of icons. The first, a camera, gives the choice of camera or camcorder., the 2nd -a triangular shape is for single, multi mosaic shot. The 3rd icon is for size, the fourth for time delay, the 5th for lighting, the 6th , a wand (?) for effects.

Then there is the phone I can't figure out. It looks like a lower case letter " i ".
It states 1. Mode 2. Shooting Mode 3. Timer and # Viewfinder m...
I cannot access these choices and don't know what they mean and it's not in the manual, nor can I find anything about it on the web.
Also, when you first open the camera mode, there is a number, mine right now is reading 4/373. I can hit the left and right navigation keys and make a countdown from 9 to 2 and back up again, along with a little white square that moves along and there is a stationery picture of what seems to be an indicator of day/night.
