Hi there!

Once you press and hold the # key on the phone under messaging application, this will give you symbols available for your device and that includes the @ sign.

The only method to transfer a picture to a PC is to send the picture to an Email address,

Try to do the following steps:
While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu
Select Messages
Select Create New Message
Select Multimedia Message
With Subject highlighted, press the OK key
Enter the Subject text, using the keypad (up to 40 characters)
Press the left soft key for Options then select Save
Highlight Graphic, using the navigation keys, then press the OK key
Select Add then select My Photos.
Highlight Message, using the navigation keys, then press the OK key
Enter the Message text, using the keypad (up to 1000 characters)
Press the left soft key for Options then Select Save
Press the right soft key for Send To
Enter an E-mail address, using the keypad and on that field press and hold the # key for you to get the available symbols that includes the @ sign.
After entering the email address, press the right soft key to Send the Multimedia Message to the Recipient.

Tip: You can send a Multimedia Message to up to 10 Recipients

Thank you for your inquiry. Regarding this problem with the phone, we are not sure if it's a network or phone issue. You might have a problem with the network that's why you can't call out or even receive incoming calls. One troubleshooting step that you can do is to try a soft reset on the phone by turning the phone off and removing the battery for about a minute or two. If the soft reset on the phone doesn't resolve the issue. You can call you Service Provider and ask if there is a problem with you network. If there is no problem with the network. It is best calling our Customer Support Center, as they can help you troubleshoot this issue.

Thank you for your inquiry. There is actually no C incon on Samsung phones. I think it's a G icon and the G icon on top of the phone stands for GPRS. The "GP" or "G" icon indicates the phone is within the GPRS realm. GPRS enabled areas support data and other advanced network features, including internet connections, messaging and other data related functions. There is not a way to remove this icon, it will appear whenever you are within a GPRS realm.

Hi, you can try 0000 or the last 4 digits of your phone number as a default pass code. If that will resolve the issue, then your phone needs to be reflash. You can send the phone to our service center so we can reflash the phone for it to be unlocked. You can also try to take your phone to your local service provider and see if they can unlock the phone.

How do I make non emergeny calls?

I have had this phone over a year.
Yesterday it started allowing "emergency calls only."
I believe it requires one of the three lower keys be pressed plus OK.
That does not seem to work.

This is an automatic feature that has actually helped me.
When the battery gets to a certain level and needs to be charged it sets itself to Emergency calls only so that you can dial 911 if needed.
Once I charge my phone it unlocks itself.

My tracfone will not download ringtones from even tracfone site.

I have tried with no help at all from tracfone with this matter. When I try to download from there site it says wait 24 hours after activation and it has been more than 48 hours. If I go through other download sites it says the downloads are not supported. Please help me...

And I am sorry to hear that you can’t download ringtones for your phone. As you stated on your concern that your getting a message “downloads are not supported”. With your SGH-t301G phone it has limited music file format that supports. Here let me give you what are the file formats that your phone supports.
Audio
.aac
.mp3
.mid
As you can see there are only 3 file formats for audio or music that your phone supports and MP3 format is not included. If you have an MP3 file, maybe you can have it converted first.

If you want to create a text message, just go select the menu (the left soft key at the top of the send key), and go to messages and select Create Message. Then from there, you can create a text message.

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Code. This acts as a security feature on your mobile. Here's the steps on how you can activate the speakerphone on the SGH-T310;

While in an incoming or outgoing call, press 'Option' on the lower right or lower left of the screen
Under option you will be able to see Speaker option
Click on it & speaker phone is ON

To deactivate the speaker do same steps.

The only method to transfer a picture to a PC is to send the picture to an Email address. There are no configurable options available to send a picture from a PC to the phone.

To send a Multimedia Message follow the steps below:

G icon is for GPRS which pertains to internet connectivity. Seeing the icon on the phone means that you are on a hotspot for strong internet connection.

The actual charge starts when you download or when you connect to a particular web page on the device.

Power down the phone remove the battery from the phone, let it out for a minute to two then put back the battery and power the phone on again. Try to observe the phone for at least a day or two.
Also try a different compatible battery on the phone?
