Hi CLINT1,

Thank you for your inquiry. You can verify the phone if it's already completes the charge by check the Battery icon, it should be on full bar and it will prompts you that the charging is complete. Normally for newly purchased phone, it should be charge at least 6 hours for the first time of charging procedure and then the next charging time should be at least 1 hour up to 2 hours.

Hi bettyboo!

Thank you for your inquiry. It is possible that the phone is set in to no volume; you may follow these steps below to adjust the volume of the speaker.

In Idle mode, press the menu key.
Select Settings Then Sound Profile
Highlight the Normal option and press the Edit soft key
Press Right or Left navigation to select the Phone tab
Press Up or Down to select the Volume option
Press the Change soft key
Adjust the volume up or done using Right o left navigation key
Press the OK button and then press the Save.

Soft Reset: Turn of the phone. Remove and put back the battery after a couple of minutes (2-3).

The compatible hands-free headset for the t301g Cell Phone (SGH-T301G) is the Hands-Free Mono Headset (For S20-pin phones) with part number AAEP305SBEBSTD. Connect the headset to the slot where you plugged the charger.

can you put a key lock on t301g

i KNOW YOU CAN PUT A LOCK ON THE PHONE ONCE YOU TURN IT OFF YOU HAVE TO PUT A PASSWORD IN.BUT I WANT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A KEY LOCK SO THAT WHEN A KEY GETS HIT IT WILL NOT CALL. EXPECIALLY THE WEB. IS THERE A WAY TO DISABLE THE WEB ON THIS PHONE. I HAVE HIT THIS KEY AND LOST MINUTES SO MAY TIMES. CAN'T I TAKE IT OFF THE MAIN PHONE DISPLAY.

Thank for your inquiry. Regarding your concern, the PC Studio driver would not work on your phone. However you could still transfer your pictures using the method below.

The only method to transfer a picture to a computer is to send the picture to an Email address. There are no configurable options available to send a picture from a computer to the phone.

To send a Multimedia Message please follow the steps below:

1. While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu
2. Select Messages (4)
3. Select Create New Message (1)
4. Select Multimedia Message (2)
5. With Subject highlighted, press the OK key
6. Enter the Subject text, using the keypad (up to 40 characters)
7. Press the left soft key for Options then select Save (1)
8. Highlight Graphic, using the navigation keys, then press the OK key
9. Select Add (1) then select from the following:
* Take Photo (1)
- Adjust the brightness level, using the right and left navigation keys
- Zoom in or out, using the up and down navigation keys
- Using the display as a viewfinder, press the OK button to take the picture
- Press the left soft key to Add the Photo to the Multimedia Message
* My Photos (2)
- Highlight the desired Photo, using the navigation keys
- Press the left soft key for Options
- Select to Add (2) the Photo to the Multimedia Message
* Downloaded Graphics (3)
- Highlight the desired image, using the navigation keys
- Press the left soft key for Options
- Select to Add (2) the image to the Multimedia Message
10. Highlight Audio, using the navigation keys, then press the OK key
11. Select Add (1) then select from the following:
* Record Audio (1)
- Press the OK key to start recording
- To stop recording press the OK key
- Press the left soft key to Save the voice memo
- Highlight the desired recording, using the navigation keys
- Press the left soft key for Options
- Select to Add (2) the Audio recording to the Multimedia Message
* Recorded Audio (2)
- Highlight the desired recording, using the navigation keys
- Press the left soft key for Options
- Select to Add (2) the Audio recording to the Multimedia Message
* Downloaded Tones (3)
- Highlight the desired Tone, using the navigation keys
- Press the left soft key for Options
- Select to Add (2) the Audio Tone to the Multimedia Message
12. Highlight Message, using the navigation keys, then press the OK key
13. Enter the Message text, using the keypad (up to 1000 characters)
14. Press the left soft key for Options then Select Save (1)
15. Press the right soft key for Send To
16. Either enter a phone number/E-mail address, using the keypad, or press the left soft key for Options
17. Select the recipient type from the following:
* Contacts List (1)
- Highlight each Contact, using the navigation keys
- Press the OK key to check the Contact's box
- After selecting all Contacts, press the left soft key for Add
* Recent Recipient (2)
- Select either Number (1) or Email (2)
- Highlight each phone number or Email address, using the navigation keys
- Press the OK key to Check the Recent Recipient's box
- Press the left soft key for Options
- Select Add (1) or After selecting all recipient's, press the left soft key for Add or Select
* Group (3)
- Highlight a Group, using the navigation keys
- Press the left soft key for Select to view the Group members
- Highlight a Group Contact, using the navigation keys
- Press the OK key to Check the Group Contact's box
- After selecting all Group members, press the left soft key for Select
18. After selecting all Recipients, press the right soft key to Send the Multimedia Message to the Recipient(s)

Tip: You can send a Multimedia Message to up to 10 Recipients
