Hi missmary1!

Thank you for your inquiry.

Bluetooth is a standard for the short-range, 10m to 100m, wireless interconnection of cellular phones, computers, and other electronic devices. It is also proprietary open wireless protocol for exchanging data, creating personal area networks between Bluetooth devices.

The t301g Cell Phone (SGH-T301G) has a Bluetooth capability and supports Bluetooth Headset Profile (HSP). The HSP is the most popular Bluetooth profile because it connects the phone to a wireless Bluetooth-enabled headset. When an incoming call is received, a tone can be heard through the headset, instead of the phone. The call can then be received by pushing a button on the Bluetooth headset. You can increase or decrease the volume by using the volume key on the side of the phone.

To pair the SGH-T301G handset with a Bluetooth Device, please follow the steps below:
1. Place the Bluetooth device in discoverable mode.
2. While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Bluetooth.
5. Select Search for New Device.
6. Press the left soft key for Yes at the "Activate Bluetooth" prompt.
7. Highlight the desired Bluetooth device, using the navigation keys, and press the left soft key for Select to Pair the devices.
8. Enter Passkey "0000", using the keypad, and then press the left soft key for Select.
9. The handset will display a brief message stating pairing followed by connecting.
10. After being successfully connected, the handset will return to the Bluetooth My Devices screen.

Hi chammett!

Thank you for your inquiry.

E-mail gateway means that it is the server (not necessarily a Web server) that acts as a gateway or proxy to fulfill the request by the Web browser to access the requested URL.

Regarding your concern, we recommend coordinating with your service provider and also have the configuration settings for the t301g Cell Phone (SGH-T301G) for this feature.

Hi chips994!

Thank you for your inquiry.

Regarding your concern, upon checking the specifications and settings on the t301g Cell Phone (SGH-T301G), the phone does not support Bluetooth Object Push Profile and File Transfer Profile, which allow you to send information via Bluetooth.

The SGH-T301G handset only supports Bluetooth Headset Profile which allows the phone to be paired and connected to a Bluetooth headset.

Again, we thank you for comments and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Regarding your concern, there is no need to install any software on the computer for you to connect the handset with your PC. All you need to have is a memory card inside the handset and a data cable then set the phone to mass storage.

To connect the phone to the computer, please follow the steps below:
Pull out and up the memory card slot cover
Insert the formatted microSD card into the memory card slot
Connect the USB data cable to both the handset and the USB port on the PC
If Select USB Mode appears on the display press the clear key to return to the standby screen OR if the MTP Connect to the PC... appears on the display, press OK then with Yes highlighted press OK to disconnect from the PC
From the standby screen, press OK for Menu
Select Settings & Tools
Select Tools
Select USB Mass Storage
From the PC, double click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop
Double click on the newly created drive letter (which may appear as an icon or text, depending on your View settings)
Double click on the folder to view the contents
Copy and paste or drag n drop the files to/from the destination on the PC
From the handset, press OK for Disconnect
With Yes highlighted, press OK then remove the USB data cable from both the handset and PC
