when you are on a call, then the icon will show on the center/bottom of the screen.
then just press the OK key and it will turn on- press again and it will turn off.--^_^--

How do I make speakerphone work.

I cannot get the speaker phone on this product to function. It says speaker on but you can't hear anything without phone at your ear.

Thank you for your correspondence. You may try performing a soft reset on the phone by taking out the battery for at least 10-15 seconds and then put the battery back in and evaluate it. If it's still not working and still doing the same thing, you may have to call up your service provider for further assistance this on this issue in a more timely manner than we could through this forum.

Send key does not send call

Cannot make a call. The send key does not work after I dial and under options are only the options "save" or "send message". Was working fine before. What did I do?

Regarding on your concern, you can only turn on the speaker on t301g Cell Phone (SGH-T301G) when you are in a call, or immediately after you have dialed a number and pressed “send.” When you are in one of those circumstances, you can press the “OK” key to activate speakerphone mode, and “OK” again to turn it off.

What is the "PUK" number?

My phone has been locked up and now it is asking me to enter the "PUK" number, appears to be up to an 8 digit number. I did not set up such a number, not can I find the default one in the manual. Please help so I can continue to use this phone. Provider is Tracfone.

PUK means Pin Unlock Key and it is required to unlock Pin when Pin is entered 3-10 times incorrectly.

PUK is saved on the SIM card.
You need to contact your service provider to get the PUK.

Note: If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display the following error: "PUK blocked call operator."

A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from your service provider.

Note: If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display the following error: "PUK blocked call operator."

Thank you for your inquiry. This message appears when all signals are lost. While this is displayed you may only dial emergency numbers such as 911, Police, Fire Department or perhaps an ambulance. However, if this continues for a long period of time, this could indicate that the SIM card may be damaged.

Since you already try to do a soft reset and still your having the same exact issue. We recommend contacting your service provider to investigate the possibility that a replacement SIM card would resolve this issue.

Regarding about your concern, please follow the steps below on how you can change the alarm for calendar appointments on the t301g Cell Phone (SGH-T301G).

1. While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Used Space.
4. Select My Folder.
5. Highlight Audio, using the navigation keys, and then press the OK key.
6. Select from Downloaded Tones, Default Tones or Recorded Audio.
7. Highlight the desired Ringtone, using the navigation keys.
8. Press the left soft key for Options.
9. Select Set as.
10. Select Ringtone from Alarm Tone.
11. Press the left soft key for Yes to assign it as the Ringtone for the current audio profile.
