How do I activate the speaker on my trac fone?

I see the text in the display window that reads "speaker on", but I don't see how to activate it.

Regarding your concern, you can only turn on the speaker phone on the t301g Cell Phone (SGH-T301G) when you are in a call, or immediately after you have dialed a number and pressed “send.” When you are in one of those circumstances, you can press the “OK” key to activate speakerphone mode, and “OK” again to turn it off.

Thank you for your correspondence. You may try doing the soft reset on the phone by taking out the battery for at least 10-15 seconds and then put the battery back in and evaluate it. If it's still not working and still doing the same thing, you may call up your service provider for setting up your voice mail on their network system.

i downloaded a PDF that will not print out on 8.5 X 11 paper, i couldn't even read it on the computer screen. surely this is obtainable from you.

with your phone turned off remove the backcover release at the back of your phone, slide the battery cover up and lift off, the sim card slot is located at the right top of your device.
make sure the gold contacts of the sim card are face down.

You can change the default navigation shortcut keys on the SGH-T301G phone by following the steps below.

1. From the standby screen, press the left soft key for Menu.
2. Select Settings (9).
3. Select Set Phone (4).
4. Select Shortcuts (2).
5. Highlight the desired Shortcut key to change, Up, Down, Left or Right.
6. Press the left soft key for Options.
7. Select Change (1).
8. Highlight the desired feature from the Shortcuts list, using the navigation keys.
9. Press the left soft key to Save the Shortcut key setting.
10. Repeat steps 5 thru 9 to change additional Shortcut keys.

Bluetooth question.

Some phones you can transfer files like mp3 or pictures with bluetooth connection to a PC. Is this possible with my T301G phone that has bluetooth? If so where can I get the drivers for it to install?

I know It is done with other types of phones. My girl friend did it with her phone.

The Samsung SGH-T301G doesn't have the ability to transfer media files via Bluetooth. Since the phone doesn't have the File Transfer Profile and the Object Push Profile that is needed to be on the phone for the process of exchanging files between two devices.

Thank you for your correspondence. The "G" icon that you see on the phone is indicates that you are connected to the service provider’s GPRS network. While connected on this network, you can access internet data service. However, data plan from your service provider will be require to access on the internet.

All Samsung phone has a built in GPS E911 for emergency 911 number, it will gives information of your exact location on the network servers so that rescue will come quick as possible. For other GPS that you may want to use with this device, you may contact with your service provider for further assistance.
