Press *#9999# from an idle screen

1. From the Home Screen press Menu
2. Select Settings
3. Select Phone Information
4. Note the Firmware and Baseband versions

Hi sallys, thanks for reaching out. The ability to transfer contacts via Bluetooth to car's radio depends on if you have the right Bluetooth profiles. Please check the user manual for your car's radio and your device for a list Bluetooth profiles.

Question

Ring tone for text messaging does not work.

Have tried configuring the phone to save ringtone melody for incoming text messages. Keeps reverting to vibrate or none at all. Also volume is low when you save. What is the problem saving the ringtone melody command?

Question

How can I edit the modem at codes

as the codes are when shipped need to be updated.

When I call into one of my clients that has a call director with a voice message, the modem dial, connects (detects the voice) and immediately hangs-up.

I would appreciate any help you can provide

Question

Why Can't I make phone calles?

My Phone will only allow me to send and receive text messages. It will not allow me to make calls. On the inside display screen of My phone there is a icon that looks like a broken cable. When I try to make calls it Rings one time then hangs up instantly and I am then back to the Main screen.

Activation problem

I am using a SIM chip from my Motorola cell phone that stopped working. I had set a 5 digit password on the Motorola phone, but when I try entering the password in the new Samsung phone it says the password is too short. Any ideas? The password I was using was my zip code.

Alarm goes off at 3am?

Two weeks ago, my T139 phone's alarm started to go off at 3am every morning. It's never been set for that time and it clearly shows that all three alarms are set between 8am and 9am. I've tried every option I could find, but I still can't figure out how to shut-off the 3am alarm. Can anyone help me with this?
