Thank you for your inquiry.

Unfortunately, Samsung does not offer a Data Kit software package, for the purpose of transferring data between the SGH-T139 handset and a personal computer.

However, if you want to transfer pictures from your phone to the computer, you can send a picture message to an e-mail address.

1. Press Menu > Messages > Create Messages > Picture Message.
2. Highlight the Image option and press Add > Photos.
3. Highlight the desired image thumbnail and press Add > Send To > New Recipient > Email Address.
4. Enter the e-mail address and press Send.

Transferring pictures between the SGH-T139 and a PC requires three things: the ability to send and receive picture messages on the device, a PC with an Internet connection, and an e-mail account.

Note: Please check with T-Mobile and about service charges associated with picture messages. Also, please check with your Internet and/or e-mail provider about applicable service charges. Samsung is not responsible for any charges incurred.

Here are the steps.
Press Menu > Messages (5) > Create Messages (1) > Picture Message (2)
Highlight the Image option and press Add > Photos (2)
Highlight the desired image thumbnail and press Add > Send To > New Recipient (3) > Email Address (2)
Enter the e-mail address and press Send

Question

Can I purchase a device (cable) to transfer photos taken with my SGH-t139 directly to my PC (download)?

Would be easier to download photos directly to PC if possible. Otherwise, I believe the option is to send the photo via email (need to verify if this is a possible item via my service provider) to myself and then copy from the email into a place on my computer where I wish ot store.

Here's how to pair your Samsung SGH-T139 with your Bluetooth headset:

On Bluetooth device, ensure that it is on and discoverable (refer to its user guide for more information)
On phone, navigate to Menu > Settings > Bluetooth > Turn On Bluetooth
Highlight desired Bluetooth device from list and press Select
After connection is established, press Options > Authorize Device

NOTE: Your phone carries the Headset Profile and Handsfree Profile only you to make a call using a Bleutooth headset and with a bluetooth enabled carkit.

Should the alarm sound when the phone is off?

The alarm on my T139 sounds only when the phone is on. When it's off, and it's time for the alarm, the display on the outside of the phone flashes briefly, but there's no audible alarm. Should there be?

Can this phone (SGH-t139) be used internationally?

I purchased this phone in December in the US, but I am currently living in Thailand. I am unable to access a phone network here. Is there a manual adjustment required? My previous US purchased phone automatically linked to networks here.

Yes, the SGH-T139 can be used internationally. However, you would need to have the phone unlocked. To unlock the phone, you would need to get the Network Control Key (NCK) from your service provider.

Please Note: Unlocking of the phone, although at the discretion of the service provider is possible, will void all Samsung warranties for support or service. Features that are available on the intended network may not be accessible on the alternate network. Features on the alternate network may not be available this phone as these features are not those of the network on which the phone was intended to be used, and therefore, are not programmed.

How to download photographs?

How do I download photographs taken with the built-in camera to my computer? The phone comes with a nice built-in camera, but the manual does not give directions on how to download it. For whatever it is worth, I have a USB cable, just your site nor the box came with any Windows drivers.

All of my phonebook entries are in my phone memory, not on my sim card. I want to back up the entries. how do I do it? The user manual only tells you how to save a new contact, either to phone memory or the sim card.

Try to do a soft reset on the phone by powering it off and removing the battery then placing it back again to reboot the handset.
