How do I remove insert sim card,when phone is turned on?

When phone is turned on,screen displays "insert sim" and nothing can be done. What caused this?

The notification indicates that the simcard is not present or detected in the phone. You have to first turn off the phone and remove the back cover then remove the battery to remove or insert the simcard.there is a image guide right next to the simcard slot of how to properly place the simcard.

PUK sim blocked

I was trying to lock the keypad on my phone to preven it from calling 911 while in my pocket. Now there is some kind of PUK error and then a sim blocked/locked error. I can not use the phone. It can only call 911. this is the most aggrevating cellphone I have ever owned. How do I unlock this phone!

Hi, A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from you Service Provider to unlock your SIM card.
PUK (Pin Unlocking Key) has something to do with the security settings of your sim card and you need to call you service provider to see about unlocking your Sim Card.

Note: If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display the following error: "PUK blocked call operator."

There's no owner's manual for the hands-free headset model #AAEP305SBE, however upon checking on Samsung website - below is the description of the said headset model :

Here's how to set or change the ringtone on the SGH-T105G.

Press Menu > Settings (9) > Profiles (1)
Highlight the Normal option and press Options > Edit (2)
Highlight the Call Ringtone option and press Change
Highlight a desired ringtone and press Save

Hi!

If you would like to change your wallpaper:

Press Menu > Settings > Display > Wallpaper
Use the right and left navigation keys to select a desired image
Press Save to keep changes

You may download new wallpapers from your service provider or other third party websites. Most of them are sent over the air.

NOTE: Check if the wallpaper is compatible with your phone before downloading it.

In Idle mode, press the Menu soft key, then select Contacts > Contact list.
Once you have stored a number in the Contact list, select or highlight a contact by using the navigation up and down key then press on Call button.

Thank you for your inquiry. Configuring the number of rings before a call goes to voicemail is something which is configured by the Service Provider by editing your account with them. This is not a setting which can be configured on the phone itself as it is part of the network services by your provider. To adjust the Ring Count, we recommend contacting the Service Provider for assistance with this issue.

PUK is the Pin Unlock Key and it is Required to unlock Pincode when Pincode is entered 3-10 times incorrectly. PUK is saved on the simcard.

Hello hrich,

That predictive T9 on your phone doesn't shows all the possible words but will only give you one option. It's a default setting of your phone for T9. No configurable option to change that on your handset.

we cannot assist in unlocking the phone for use on another network or overseas. We hold a proprietary licensing agreement with your Service Provider and it would be in violation of this agreement to assist in unlocking the phone.

Your Service Provider has these codes and should be able to provide support for this.

Please Note: Unlocking of the phone, although at the discretion of the service provider is possible, will void all Samsung warranties for support or service. Features that are available on the intended network may not be accessible on the alternate network. Features on the alternate network may not be available this phone as these features are not those of the network on which the phone was intended to be used, and therefore, are not programmed.

As to whether or not a phone of this type will be available for the network of your choice in the future, we are only able to provide information regarding models that are currently on the market for sale, as any pre-release information would be subject to change and could therefore be inaccurate at the time of launch.

Did you accidentally drop the phone?
Was the phone has been exposed to liquids?
Did you ever download any third party software before you experienced this difficulty on the phone?

Hi there:

Thank you for your inquiry.

For you to enter the second letter or the third letter on keypad for contacts even on creating text message, you need to press the same key again immediately, and then for the third letter, you need to press the same key again immediately for 2 times.

A - Press 2 key once.
B - Press 2 key twice.
C - Press 2 key for 3 times.

Note: For keys that have 4 letters like the 7 key and the 9 key, for you to get the letter S and the letter Z, press those keys four times.

To remove a phone number from the phone's reject list, please follow the steps:

1.Press Menu > Settings > Call > All Calls > Auto Reject
2.Highlight Reject List and press OK
3.Highlight the desired entry to be deleted and press Options > Delete > Yes
