PUK is the Pin Unlock Key and it is Required to unlock Pincode when Pincode is entered 3-10 times incorrectly. PUK is saved on the simcard.

Please contact your service provider to get the PUK code.

PUK sim blocked

I was trying to lock the keypad on my phone to preven it from calling 911 while in my pocket. Now there is some kind of PUK error and then a sim blocked/locked error. I can not use the phone. It can only call 911. this is the most aggrevating cellphone I have ever owned. How do I unlock this phone!

Hi, A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from you Service Provider to unlock your SIM card.
PUK (Pin Unlocking Key) has something to do with the security settings of your sim card and you need to call you service provider to see about unlocking your Sim Card.

Note: If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display the following error: "PUK blocked call operator."

I had purchased this cell phone when I was visiting USA for use locally now I am back in India and wish to continue to use it with a local service provider. Can you help me to unlock this phone?

we cannot assist in unlocking the phone for use on another network or overseas. We hold a proprietary licensing agreement with your Service Provider and it would be in violation of this agreement to assist in unlocking the phone.

Your Service Provider has these codes and should be able to provide support for this.

Please Note: Unlocking of the phone, although at the discretion of the service provider is possible, will void all Samsung warranties for support or service. Features that are available on the intended network may not be accessible on the alternate network. Features on the alternate network may not be available this phone as these features are not those of the network on which the phone was intended to be used, and therefore, are not programmed.

As to whether or not a phone of this type will be available for the network of your choice in the future, we are only able to provide information regarding models that are currently on the market for sale, as any pre-release information would be subject to change and could therefore be inaccurate at the time of launch.

Did you accidentally drop the phone?
Was the phone has been exposed to liquids?
Did you ever download any third party software before you experienced this difficulty on the phone?

For troubleshooting, you may first to a different battery on the phone to isolate the issue. It might be application error, a software problem or the battery itself that's why the phone keeps on turning off by itself. You can go to any of your Service Provider store so they can test the battery for you.

Thank you for your inquiry. The Hands free Mono Headset AAEP305SBEBSTD can support Voice Activated Dialing. However, for you to use that features, the phone must have voice dialing features, then enable the Voice Dialing on the phone and then speak through the microphone on the headset.

To remove a phone number from the phone's reject list, please follow the steps:

1.Press Menu > Settings > Call > All Calls > Auto Reject
2.Highlight Reject List and press OK
3.Highlight the desired entry to be deleted and press Options > Delete > Yes

There will be no option to connect your phone to the computer since there is no software available to facilitate transferring of files. Should you want to get ringtones, you can call your service provider for further assistance in getting custom ringtones.

If the phone has a "Phone lock" and it's asking for a passcode, use "0000" or "00000000" as a default passcode.

Use the Up or Down Navigation keys also adjust the Ring volume in the Idle screen
and, in a call, they allow you to adjust the earpiece volume.

Highlight the Normal option and press Options > Edit (2)
