Thank you for your inquiry.

You may lock the keypad of the phone to prevent it from dialing numbers when not in use. The Phone settings menu allows you to turn on or off the Keypad auto-lock feature.

1. Press Menu > Settings (9) > Phone (4) > Keypad Auto-Lock (2)
2. Highlight the On option and press OK.

Note: When the Keypad auto-lock feature is on, your phone automatically locks your keypad when the phone has been idle for a while. To unlock your phone, press the Unlock soft key, then press OK.

You can use the default pass code for the phone which is "00000000". There is no way that we can retrieve the pass code that was set on the phone. If the default pass code did not work, please call your service provider for further assistance in unlocking your phone.

For you to adjust the talking and listening volume on the t105g Cell Phone (SGH-T105G), press the Up and Down Navigation keys.

The Up or Down Navigation keys also adjust the Ring volume in the Idle screen and, in a call, they allow you to adjust the earpiece volume.

1.Press Menu > Settings (9) > Profiles (1)

You may need to make sure that the text input mode is in "Abc" for you to enter a text and create a message. You may change the text input mode of the phone by going to messaging and while creating a message, press Options > Writing Options > Input Method. Highlight the desired method and press Select. After that, just press the number 4 key from the keypad of the phone for you to have the letter " i " set on your message.

How do I get my phone to work?
