If you have questions regarding voice mail such as

Configuring your Voice Mail for the first time
Desire to change the greeting
Unsure of the password
Wish to change the password
Would like to know how to access your voicemail from another phone
All of the above information regarding Voice Mail, which is a network service through your provider would require contacting your Service Provider for assistance. There are no settings for thes issues which can be configured on the phone itself as it is part of the network services by your provider. For this reason, we recommend contacting the Service Provider for assistance with this issue.

1. Power off
2. Remove the battery and leave it out for at least 30 seconds
3. Insert battery back into device
4. Power back on and evaluate
