My phone is locked into the Emergency call / SIM Blocked I'm unable to change it.
I have removed the sim card and battery multiple times and to no aval.

Hi! Thanks for your question. I suggest performing a soft reset. To perform a soft reset, please power off the device and pull/replace the battery after 2-3 minutes before powering back on.

If you have questions regarding voice mail such as
Configuring your Voice Mail for the first time Desire to change the greeting Unsure of the password Wish to change the password Would like to know how to access your voicemail from another phone All of the above information regarding Voice Mail, which is a network service through your provider would require contacting your Service Provider for assistance. There are no settings for thes issues which can be configured on the phone itself as it is part of the network services by your provider. For this reason, we recommend contacting the Service Provider for assistance with this issue.
