Press Menu > Settings (9) > Profiles (1)
Highlight the Normal option and press Options > Edit (2)
Highlight the Call Ringtone option and press Change
Highlight a desired ringtone and press Save

You can get the IMEI/HEX Serial Number at the inner back of the phone underneath the battery.

There are no configurable options to add or connect Bluetooth on the phone. Also, there are no applications available that can be installed on the phone to offer this functionality.

Are you using the same original battery and charger on the phone? Is there any physical damage? Has the phone been exposed to liquid?

Try to do a soft reset on the phone by powering it off and removing the battery then placing it back again to reboot the handset.

If it didn't work, please call the Samsung Customer Care at your earliest convenience through our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m to 6 pm. Regarding your concern, if the phone is lock and it asks for a pass code, what we can offer for the phone would be the default password which could be either "0000" or "00000000".

We do not have any option to retrieve the previous password that you have set on this phone.

If the default codes will not work, we recommend contacting Trac Fone at their toll free number 1-800-867-7183 as they can help you troubleshoot this issue in a timelier manner.

Hi hotrodman!

Thank you for your correspondence. Yes you can view picture on recieve text messages with picture, because the phone has the Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) feature. However, it is depends on the recieve file size of the picture, some can be view and some will not view on the phone because it will deal on the resulution of the recieve picture. You may have to contact your service provider to maximize the size of the recieve picture messages on the phone.

Samsung T105G cell phone question

When I try to place a call I get a message stating "Emergency Calls Only" and the call will not go through. I have used this phone for over a year with no problems until this just started happening. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry. If this happens on your handset, please check if you have a strong signal or if you're on a good coverage for the network that you have on your handset. You may ask you service provider for this matter as this is a network dependent issue. You may also try doing the soft reset on the phone by taking out the battery for at least 10-15 seconds and then put the battery back in and evaluate it. If it's still not working and still doing the same thing, you may call the Samsung Customer Support Center, as they can help you troubleshoot this issue in a more timely manner than we could through this forum.

Thank you for your inquiry. Storing your contacts in a phone memory will leave your contacts to your phone even you change your sim card. While storing your contacts to your sim, you can use your sim with a different phone and still you have the copy of your contacts.

Why does my phone call 911 without me pushing any keys with the key pad locked?

It has done this 6 times in one month sense I bought this model. I keep it on my hip in the case that came with. It just did it again when I tried to open it to get the battery out to get the model Number

When you call automated systems, you are often required to enter a password or account number. There are no options to save a pause in the contact's phone number. However, instead of manually entering the numbers each time, you can dial the numbers along with special characters called pauses.

To manually call a number with pause(s) without storing it in your Contact List, follow the steps below.

1. In Idle mode, enter a phone number.
2. Press and hold the key (*) key to add a two-second pause. The letter P appears where the pause is set.
3. Continue to enter numbers, if desired.

Tip: You can create pauses longer than two seconds by entering multiple pauses.

PUK means Pin Unlock Key and it is required to unlock Pin when Pin is entered 3-10 times incorrectly. PUK is saved on the SIM card.
You need to contact your service provider to get the PUK.
Note: If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display the following error: "PUK blocked call operator."

You may lock the keypad of the phone to prevent it from dialing numbers when not in use. The Phone settings menu allows you to turn on or off the Keypad auto-lock feature.

1. Press Menu > Settings (9) > Phone (4) > Keypad Auto-Lock (2)
2. Highlight the On option and press OK.

Note: When the Keypad auto-lock feature is on, your phone automatically locks your keypad when the phone has been idle for a while. To unlock your phone, press the Unlock soft key, then press OK.
