You have to use the * key to navigate between upper and lower case letters and also for numbers too. Hope this helps.

Hi, for you to make upper and lower case when creating the first and last name, just press options, select writing options and select the input text method. (T9Abc, T9ABC, T9abc, Abc, ABC, abc, Numeric or Symbols; and to select the Writing language: English or Español.)

Hi!

From the Idle Screen press SEND.
If you wish to activate the Anykey answer option, press Menu > Settings
> Call > All calls > Answering mode. When you activate the Anykey
answer option, you can press any key to answer a call except SEND and the
REJECT soft key.

On our phone, the volume control shows the highest level, but you can barely hear it ringing on our end when calling someone and also when talking to someone. Very poor quality.

Samsung T105G Phone - Adjusting Answering/Rings

I've looked at the manual twice but can't find an answer: This phone rings 2-3 times before switching to voicemail. Which means I can almost never answer a call because it takes longer than that to get it out of my purse.

Is there any way to increase the number of rings before voice mail kicks in?

1.Press Menu > Settings (9) > Profiles (1)
2.Highlight the Normal option and press Options > Edit (2)
3.Highlight the Call Ringtone option and press Change
4.Highlight a desired ringtone and press Save

Go to CONTACT LIST , scroll down for VoiceMail. You will see a phone number at the Voicemail area. That is the number you can call for your voicemail.

The notification indicates that the simcard is not present or detected in the phone. You have to first turn off the phone and remove the back cover then remove the battery to remove or insert the simcard.there is a image guide right next to the simcard slot of how to properly place the simcard.

I was trying to lock the keypad on my phone to preven it from calling 911 while in my pocket. Now there is some kind of PUK error and then a sim blocked/locked error. I can not use the phone. It can only call 911. this is the most aggrevating cellphone I have ever owned. How do I unlock this phone!

Hi, A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from you Service Provider to unlock your SIM card.
PUK (Pin Unlocking Key) has something to do with the security settings of your sim card and you need to call you service provider to see about unlocking your Sim Card.

Note: If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display the following error: "PUK blocked call operator."

If you would like to change your wallpaper:

Press Menu > Settings > Display > Wallpaper
Use the right and left navigation keys to select a desired image
Press Save to keep changes

You may download new wallpapers from your service provider or other third party websites. Most of them are sent over the air.

NOTE: Check if the wallpaper is compatible with your phone before downloading it.

Thank you for your correspondence. Once the Auto Reject is set, it will block incoming calls that is on the reject list. You may follow these steps below for the configuration.

To Add Contacts on Reject List:
===============================
Press Menu > Settings (9) > Call (6) > All Calls (1) > Auto Reject (2)
Highlight Activation and then use the right or left navigation keys to set the Activation option to On
Highlight Reject List and press OK > Options > Create
Enter a desired number and then press Options > Save

To Delete Contacts on Reject List:
==================================
Press Menu > Settings (9) > Call (6) > All Calls (1) > Auto Reject (2)
Highlight Reject List and press OK
Highlight the desired entry to be deleted and press Options > Delete (4) > Yes

Error code 34 means that the device is not recognizing any configuration settings, (usually from the network).

Regarding about this concern, we recommend having a soft reset on your SGH-T105G handset. Soft reset is removing the battery for about a minute on your phone and putting it back just for you to refresh the settings on the handset.
