You can tether up to 5 devices to the galaxy tab so my answer would be yes, you can probably share a data plan with your phone and galaxy tab. You would have to check with the service provider to confirm.

The red triangle with the exclamation point displays when there is a system error or alert. All you have to do is to pull down the notification bar from the phone's Homescreen to check on the error or alert to get rid of it.

Thank you for your inquiry. Hi, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with you email on your Samsung Tab. And since your email just stuck on your Outbox, maybe you can try to soft reset or power cycle your TAB by turning it off, remove the battery, remove the SIM card, wait for a minute or two and put everything back. Try to send the email again and observe if the email will still be stuck on the Outbox. If it does the same thing, maybe your email account needs to be deleted and re-setup it. We will advise you to call us, so that we can setup your email properly. Regarding setting up your email and where to put all the credentials, we can certainly help you on that. Because that would be our support boundary and it is on the device setting itself. However if you have issues on receiving, sending or forwarding emails from your phone, the problem might be on your email account or with your network. If you already talk with Service Provider and wasn’t able to help you out. Then you may call your email provider to check on their side. Should you have other questions & concerns, feel free to call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time. If you intend to logout your Gmail account, there’s no option for that unless you will reset the phone. However, if you want to logout other email account, try to scroll down the page and you will see the option for logout.
With regards to the recent contact list for sent messages, here are the steps below how to delete them.
From the Home Screen, tap Contacts Tap History Press Menu Tap and Hold the desired contact you wish to remove or if you wish to select all or multiple contacts, then you have to press Menu, Put a check mark on Select All or each boxes besides the contact. Select Delete to confirm deletion

A wireless plan is not required, but would provide mobile internet access and a lower purchase price. Otherwise, the Galaxy Tab’s purchase price would be full price and its internet usage restricted to areas where you have access to an available Wi-Fi network.
For you to transfer mp3’s or media files, first tap menu, settings, applications, development and uncheck all the boxes. Go back to the home screen, connect your tablet to your pc using a Samsung genuine usb cable, an option should pop up on the screen of your tablet and select or tap mass storage, tap mount, once you tap mount an window pop up box should appear on your pc saying removable disk, from there you will be able to transfer your media files to and from your table or pc
