Hello,

Sorry, we're unable to confirm that the Focus S is constructed with Gorilla Glass. Although, it's manufactured with a type of fortified glass that is built to handle high levels of stress.

Question

AT&T Focus S Screen Timeout does not work

The screen timeout initially works when the phone is powered on. After the phone's screen is turned on by the power button, screen timeout only phone is still on, the screen timeout will not work at all. Power cycling the phone causes the same behavior. The timeout works once and then never again. This is on any timeout selection and with or without password selected.

Cellular connection and wifi connection problems..

The cellular data and wifi connections will not connect when signals are present. Tried to find answers on other websites but everyone seems to be returning the phone. I want to know if this fixable or should I return the phone.

Does the Focus S Have NFC and will it be activated when Windows Phone 8 is released?

I have read numerous reports that this phone does include NFC however the software did not support it when it was released. With NFC being supported in Windows 8, is it going to be upgraded to support that feature?

Regarding your concern, unfortunately, there is no configurable option to do this on your device.
Try to add words to your dictionary so they will appear on the suggestion bar.

Question

Cannot connect to a WiFi hidden network

I have attempted several times to connect to my home WiFi network with the SSID hidden... no luck! If I enable the broadcast of the SSID, I am able to connect up without any problems. As soon as I disable the SSID broadcast of my wireless router, my Samsung Focus S (i937) will not connect to it.

Audio Quality

Will there be a software fix to improve the audio quality? When using my Samsung Focus S to listen to music in my car, there are popping noises when switching between songs/tracks. Also, I need to set the volume to maximum to get a decent volume out of the phone.

Question

How do you plan on fixing the headphone issue?

When you plug in headphones into the jack of the Focus S it allows a person to hear but it automatically disables the microphone on the phone itself. Is this a hardware of a software issue and how do you plan on fixing it?

Hi I have a samsung i917 that cans send pics and videos in MMS
I purchased a Samsung i937 it can receive MMS but will not send MMS

Audio Popping Noise

The SAMSUNG FOCUS S phone is seriously problematic when it comes to audio playback in car using the headphones out and AUX in of the car. Several people have this issue. There is a huge popping noise in between playback, while connecting, while pausing, and a constant hizz while playing.
