Hi zenmasterp,

Thank you for your inquiry. We understand that you would like to know where are the hubs on your phone, SGH-I777.

You may try performing a soft reset on the phone as a basic troubleshooting step to fix it, by taking out the battery for at least 15-30 seconds, then put the battery back in again and turn it back on to refresh the software. After the soft reset you may check again the Applications for Music hub. Music hub is the only preloaded application available for your phone.

You may try downloading a third party application from the Google Play Store to have reader hub on your phone.

Please bear in mind that Samsung does not support the use of any third party application with our handsets. If you will be having issues with the use of a specific 3rd party application or service, we recommend contacting the manufacturer of that application or service for compatibility and support assistance.

Hi Martian88,

Thank you for your inquiry. We understand that during a call the screen of your phone, SGH-I777 blacks out immediately. We do apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused you.

A proximity sensor detects the presence of nearby objects without any physical contact. When used on mobile handsets, it prevents users from accidentally interacting with the screen while talking on the phone. The display automatically switches off when the user begins to talk on the phone. It switches back on once the user pulls the phone away from their face.
