In order to have the ability to download additional content to your handset, you will need to have a SMS (text messaging) and a WAP (Internet browser) account to be able to receive our ringers/images. Do you have both of these? If you are not sure, please check with your mobile Service Provider.
Samsung's Fun Club does offer ringtones, images/wallpaper and games as well. To access Samsung Fun Club's available content, you must first join at no charge. Please be sure to check for applicable fees on any content selected for download.
If you are having difficulty with downloading content from Samsung's Fun Club and are sure that both services mentioned above are enabled on your account with your provider, we recommend contacting Samsung Customer Support by phone, toll free at 1-888-987-4357 to troubleshoot the issue, and if necessary, have the content resent.
