Sadly, i don't think there is a way to remove it without "rooting" your phone. Its what many call "bloatware"

City ID along with other apps like Live TV, Social Hub, AT&T Family map etc are integrated with the software of the device. They are called Bloatware and unfortunately you cannot delete them without modifying the software on the device (which is called Rooting). If you are a bit technical and do not worry about taking your chances you can try it but I personally do not recommend doing it since it will impact your warranty!

The previous answer given is partially correct. These instructions are not accurate for Windows 7 64-bit --not sure about Windows 7 32-bit. BTW: Unlike Vista & XP the 64-bit version of Windows 7 is the defacto standard. According to Samsung Customer Support the drivers for the Sykrocket SGH-i727 have yet to be released for Win 7 64 bit. When they do a tab for software will be available at the following link http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/at-t/SGH-I727MSAATT. IMHO it's poor customer service to not release drivers when the phone is open to public sale. This phone has been available for nearly 2 months and the proper drivers are still NOT available.

by installing kies software.

Goto email, make sure you are at the screen where it lists your accounts.

press one of the accounts you want to delete - then select "delete account" when the menu pops up.

If you are in email but only see your emails - press the go back button (3rd button on the bottom) till you see the accounts listed.

The easiest way to download a movie is through Media Hub. There is a movie store and a TV store in Media Hub. You can either purchase or rent movies there and they will download directly to your Skyrocket.

They are on a new windows update look for optional ones to update mine did not take in windows 7 though...umm:} That is why i am here

1. From Outlook on the computer, click on Calendar.
2. Select the specific date to synchronize. Click on File and select Save As from the drop down.
3. Save the calendar events to a file.
4. Log-in on the Windows Live e-mail associated with the Windows Phone 7 device and click on Calendar.
5. On the Windows Live e-mail calendar, click on Subscribe.
6. Select Import/Export from the drop down. Click on Import from an ICS file, then click on Browse to locate the calendar file saved.
7. Once calendar file is located, select the file and click on open.
8. Once calendar file selected, click on "Import to an existing calendar". Select either "Only keep the new events or Only keep original events". Finally, click on Import Calendar.
9. The calendar events will then load. At this point the process should not be interrupted.
10. Once the calendar has been successfully imported, click on Done.

No, unfortunately, it does not. There is, however, an application available in the Android Market called "NoLED" that provides LED functionality for phones without the notification LED feature. Maybe it will help.

I'm not sure what you mean, but i assume you want USB drivers.

Download KIES which will install the USB drivers needed for simple things like USB Storage - and it will also let you backup your phone contacts, manage media like pictures etc..

even if you never use KIES, install it anyways for the usb drivers.

If you install Samsung's "Kies" software, your drivers should be installed at the same time. You can get the software at the following link:

Make sure you have screen rotation on by swiping down on the top notification bar. If it's green, it's on. Once it's on, when you open the messaging app and turn your phone horizontally, the keyboard should do the same.

You can use either bluetooth to your computer or you can use Kies or you can use a free app from Google Play called andsmb which will allow you to transfer to your computer through wifi just like transfering from computer to computer. I use andsmb for pictures that I take. When I get home I just transfer everything in my picture folder all at 1 time.

You need to enter all caps...and its an "I" not a numeric one. Its
