Hello there.

You can use this option to transfer your pictures from phone to computer or vice versa.

Note: You need to have a memory card and USB data cable to continue the process.

Before transferring files and connecting your phone to your computer using a data cable, you need to set up first your usb settings into mass storage.

-From the home screen, press the left soft key for Menu
-Select Settings
-Select More
-Select Connections
-Select USB
-Select USB Connection Setting into mass storage
-Press the left soft key for Done to save the USB Connection Setting

For transferring pictures from phone to computer here are the steps below:

-Remove the memory card slot cover, located on the right side of the handset
-Insert a microSD memory card into the memory card slot, until it locks in place
-Navigate to the folder that contains the image(s)
-Highlight the desired image
-Press the right soft key for Menu
-Select Edit
-Select Copy or Move
-Navigate to the Storage Card, using the up or down navigation keys
-Press the OK key to highlight a Storage Card folder, using the navigation keys
-Press the left soft key for Select to Copy or Move the image to the microSD memory card

Hope this steps can help you.

Have a great day.

Hi 2698SANTANA!

Thank you for your correspondence. The code indicates that the phone can't connect to the service provider's data system network. It is possible that the nearest tower on your location is updating their system. You may also try doing a soft reset on the phone by turning it OFF, taking out the battery for at least 10-15 sec, put the battery back in and then turn it ON. If it’s still not working, you may call up first AT&T at their Customer Care toll free number at 1-800-331-0500 and ask for further assistance of their internet service configuration.

If there will be no problem at service provider's end, you may call the Samsung Customer Support Center, as they can help you troubleshoot this issue in a more timely manner than we could through this forum.

At your earliest convenience, please call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.

Hi there!

With regard to your concern, the first 25 text messages you received using your phone would go straight and stored to the sim card inserted in your phone and the rest would go through the phone memory. There are no configurable options to save the text messages in your phone to a computer.
