Are you referring to the PIN code of the SIM card inserted on the phone?
Please call your service provider regarding the issue of resetting the PIN code for your SIM card.
If this is in regards to the passcode to access the device, the default phone lock code of your phone is "0000" or "00000000". If the default phone lock code did not work then we can do a reset on the phone. If a factory reset is necessary, please call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.

Regarding your concern, there is no need to install any software on the computer for you to connect the handset with your PC. All you need to have is a memory card inside the handset and a data cable then set the phone to mass storage.

To connect the phone to the computer, please follow the steps below:
Pull out and up the memory card slot cover
Insert the formatted microSD card into the memory card slot
Connect the USB data cable to both the handset and the USB port on the PC
If Select USB Mode appears on the display press the clear key to return to the standby screen OR if the MTP Connect to the PC... appears on the display, press OK then with Yes highlighted press OK to disconnect from the PC
From the standby screen, press OK for Menu
Select Settings & Tools
Select Tools
Select USB Mass Storage
From the PC, double click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop
Double click on the newly created drive letter (which may appear as an icon or text, depending on your View settings)
Double click on the folder to view the contents
Copy and paste or drag n drop the files to/from the destination on the PC
From the handset, press OK for Disconnect
With Yes highlighted, press OK then remove the USB data cable from both the handset and PC

How do you turn off the auto-correct feature when writing a message and the automatic highlighting of the words as you type?

Example: I tried to type the word texting, but it keeps changing it to testing. I try to type "r" and it changes it to "are".

The T9 Predictive Text Input Mode display different suggested spellings of words when you're enterring or creating a message. You may change this to Abc Text Input Mode for normal texting on your handset.

To change the Text Input mode, follow these steps:

1. Touch the on-screen Text Input mode button.
2. Touch one of the available Text Input modes.
3. Enter the desired text.

Disabling Screen Lock Settings

Press the Home key
Press the Menu Key
Tap on Settings
Tap Location & security
Tap Set up screen lock.
Touch None. All screen lock settings clear.

Why doesnt my battery stay charged?

This is my second flight II. Had to return the first because my battery wouldnt stay charged, and now this second one is doing the same thing. I charge it at night ( without even using it ) and by 7am the battery is dead.

my phone is calling people with out my camand
