Plug your telephone cable directly into the USB port on your computer. After unlocking your phone, you will receive some wierd notice about Blue Tooth (just ignore it) then a prompt that asks you to select USB mode. Select Mass Storage. Now your phone will show up like a storage device on your computer. On my computer it is a Removable H Drive (yours might be a G Drive, etc). Open the Removable H Drive folder and drag and drop the pictures into a folder residing on your computer. You can move pictures, sounds, music, etc. back and forth between your phone and your computer.

unlock the system by pressing/holding the "lock" button on the side.
you should get the following options:

speaker
mute - (video share)
dial - hold - more

Touch the word "dial" on the lower left corner of the touch screen.
it will open up the number keypad on the touch screen.

If your phone is locked, first unlock it. There should be 3 "tabs" on the botton: DIAL, CONTACTS, & MENU. Press the DIAL tab to bring up the number pad. This is for the Samsung Flight II phone.

Question

How can I improve my battery life?

I partially charged the battery 2 days ago and since that time my battery will not hold a charge. By the end of the day on 8/31 the battery was completely dead. I fully charged it that night and by the next morning, after only having used it for a short phone call, it was already down one bar of battery life and after only 2 hours of being up and around at work it had lost another bar. Normally I can wait up to 3 days before charging my phone. I have tried removing the battery, leaving it out for a bit and then placing it back in my phone, but it has not improved the battery life.

Hi!

That's odd. I wouldn't imagine your hand would be cold enough not to get response. . I suggest performing a soft reset. To perform a soft reset, please power off the device and pull/replace the battery after 2-3 minutes before powering back on.

If you need additional assistance, please just write us again on this forum or you can also try calling Samsung Customer Support at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357 between the hours 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, CST. From there, a representative can assist you further!

Or feel free to ask us on Twitter @GalaxySsupport or @samsungservice for speedy responses in the U.S.

Question

How I get the old font size back for text message display?

Randomly the text message display got smaller. If I type text messages, they are regular size font, but if I try to read incoming or sent text messages, they are all of a sudden 50-60% smaller and it happened randomly. The phone also restarts randomly by itself even when I am in the middle of something. The phone is only 1 week old in my hands.

Hi there!

Hit the volume button on the side to change the text font when a text message is open.

Remove the battery for 1-2 minutes for phone lags & freezes.
