Question

Why wont my phone vibrate?

My phone, the Samsung Solstice (A887) will not vibrate even though the vibration intensity is turned all the way up and it is on vibrate mode. This is very hard to know when I have received a text message or someone is calling me because, i rely on the vibrate option a great deal. I do not like the sound option because when I am in a place where my phone can not make any noise i would still like to text without everyone knowing. Please help.

Hi lauraallen35,

Thank you for your inquiry.

The minimum size limit for the microSD memory card is 32MB. This phone does support the use of a microSDHC 16GB capacity memory card. However, for optimal performance Samsung recommends using a card no larger than 2GB.

Please check if the memory card that you have meets the specifications supported by the phone. Make sure that the memory card is properly inserted on the phone. Kindly check the link below for the details on how to insert the memory card on the phone.
