Hi there,

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. There is no configurable option to lower the volume of the keypad tone. However, you can mute the keypad tone by following these steps below and this will not mute the whole phone.

From the Home Screen Tap on Menu
Tap Settings
Tap Sound Profile
Select Normal
• Touch the name field and not the radio button to the right
Tap drop-down menu (upper-right of the screen) and select Phone
Tap the Keypad Tone pull-down and select one of the following tones
• Beep
• Glossy
• Mute
And then tap Save

Have a nice day,

If you are trying to get your phone upgraded without using a data plan, you should try updating it when you are in an area with a strong wi-fi signal>connect to wifi and you should be able to update via that signal instead of using your phones data plan.

The "press end twice" didn't work for me, but then realized that all you have to do is open the 'Widget bar' along the left side, and then drag the minimized media player over to the Widget bar, and that should get rid of it. If you don't have the Media Player in your Widget bar, then I don't know what to suggest!

Changing your solstice from vibrate to ring mode can be done through the sound settings on the phone or by simply pressing the volume up button on the side of the phone. When the phone is unlocked, press the volume button at the top until the volume increases to your desired volume level.

To change the size of the texts you are reading, press the volume button on the side of the phone once you have opened a text message. Pressing the volume up will increase the size of the texts while pressing the volume down will decrease its size.

You go to settings, then look for "update". If you bought the phone in the past 2 years, you won't find updates however. Buy a newer phone.

Use the button on the side of the phone that is opposite the side containing the volume button. Pressing this smaller button will operate a menu bar that gives you the option to view/edit/send texts while talking.

Hello there,

Thank you for your inquiry. There’s no configurable option for you to delete that message. However, there’s a way to hide it. Just open the widget bar from the home screen of your phone. Tap, hold, and drag the no event message to the widget bar and close the widget to hide it.

Hope this will help. Happy Holidays!
