Thanks for your question! A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you need to contact your service provider to get the PUK code to unlock it.

Is there anyway to get this Phone Model SGH-A837 without a front screan?? I have broken 3 front screans

I love the phone but for a construction grade phone the front screan is hard to see outside in the sun and is easy to break. I am on my 4th SGH-A837 and I would pay more for one without the front screan to prevent the damage.

We can do minimal troubleshooting. Once troubleshooting has been done to the point of actual failure, we can setup a repair on the product, should it be determined the problem cannot be resolved over the phone. We can repair the phone, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged.

If it is deemed, after troubleshooting, that the handset requires service/repair, our Repair Administrators will create a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) for the device. Provided there is no physical damage to the phone and the failure is not due to any type of liquid damage, the phone will be repaired under warranty.

If the phone has experienced damage or is out of warranty by date (it was purchased more than one year ago) the standard charge will likely apply for the repairs to your phone. We are only able to arrange payment for these repairs through credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

For troubleshooting and questions related to possible repairs we invite you to contact Samsung Customer Care at your earliest convenience through our toll free number 1-888-987-HELP (1-888-987-4357).

Tip: Just in case you need to contact us about your phone issue, we highly advise you to use a different handset, so that we could walk you through checking the phone while on a call.

On both of my Samsung phones, the T9 mode will suggest a word, but not allow me to scroll through alternatives. For example, 'good', 'home', and 'gone' use the same keystrokes. My phone suggests 'good', but I want it to say 'home'. How do I do this????
