The blue circle icon means Push to Talk (PTT) feature which allows you to contact your family, friends, and co-workers (also using PTT) instantly. PTT charges apply, however it is in unavailable state right now. The icon indicates the contact is unavailable to receive PTT calls, because the contact has been logged off, is in the power-off state, or it is out of coverage.

If you’re trying to transfer picture files between your phone and your computer that's why you're looking for a driver, then the Samsung PC Studio 3 is the compatible software for your phone. The steps will be discussed below.

Here’s the link that you can use for you to easily download the software from Samsung website:

http://www.samsung.com/us/support/supportDownloadCenter.do?prd_ia_cd=N0000003&prd_mdl_cd=SGH-A837DKAATT&prd_mdl_name=SGH-A837

>>>Via PC Studio 3

WARNING: DO NOT DISCONNECT USB CABLE DURING THE FILE TRANSFER

Note: If the Bluetooth feature is currently active on the phone, USB communication between devices will not be available. To transfer files to or from the phone, turn off the Bluetooth functionality.

To transfer Picture files, using PC Studio 3 & a USB cable, to a PC follow the steps below:

1. From the standby screen, insure that the USB mode setting is set to either PC Studio or Ask on Connection

For instructions on changing the USB mode setting:

• From the standby screen, press the left right key for Menu
• Select Settings (9)
• Select Set Connectivity (7)
• Choose Select USB Mode (2)
• Highlight PC Studio
• Press the left soft key for Select to save the USB Setting

2. Connect the USB cable to both the phone's Headset jack/Adapter jack & the PC's USB slot

 When successfully connected, the phone will show the connected icon on the top right of the display

3. If prompted, Select the PC Studio USB setting
4. Open the Samsung PC Studio 3 program on the PC
5. Click on Phone Explorer (Manage Files)
6. From the Phone Explorer screen, click on the Graphics folder
7. Click on the Photo file (For multiple files hold down the Ctrl key) then click on To PC
10. From the Browse for Folder screen, click on the destination location
11. Click OK to transfer the Photo file from the SGH-A837 (Rugby) phone to the PC

Hi there!

We can do minimal troubleshooting. Once troubleshooting has been done to the point of actual failure, we can setup a repair on the product, should it be determined the problem cannot be resolved over the phone. We can repair the phone, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged.

If it is deemed, after troubleshooting, that the handset requires service/repair, our Repair Administrators will create a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) for the device. Provided there is no physical damage to the phone and the failure is not due to any type of liquid damage, the phone will be repaired under warranty.

If the phone has experienced damage or is out of warranty by date (it was purchased more than one year ago) the standard charge will likely apply for the repairs to your phone. We are only able to arrange payment for these repairs through credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

For troubleshooting and questions related to possible repairs we invite you to contact Samsung Customer Care at your earliest convenience through our toll free number 1-888-987-HELP (1-888-987-4357).

Have a good day.
