To add a contact's phone number to a speed dial key follow the steps below:

1. From the home screen, press on Menu
2. Press on Address Book
3. Press on Address Book Settings
4. Press on Speed Dial

Yes, you can certainly transfer your ringtone and pictures from your old phone to your new phone. And as a matter of fact there are 3 ways to do it. And you can just select on what do you think is suitable for you. You can transfer your files via Bluetooth, wherein you will pair your phone to your old phone with the Bluetooth activated and transfer the files. Second is if you have a memory card, then you can transfer the files by inserting the memory card into your old phone, copy or move the files on the memory card and once everything has been copied or moved, then you can insert the memory card into your new phone. And you can also copy or move the files to your phone memory or better if you can just have the memory card inserted on your phone always. In that case if get a new phone again, you can just do the same thing. And finally, you can also transfer the files to your PC and from the PC you can transfer the files via a USB cable. You will connect your phone to your PC and transfer the files. These are you 3 choices on how you can transfer your media files to your new phone.
