Hi ejmtz!

Thank you for your inquiry.

Samsung has launched several initiatives in an effort to become an eco-friendly Company to “go green”. One such practice now in place is to eliminate the printing of hard copy User Manuals for our handsets. This is an ongoing project, and for this reason, we are no longer providing printed User Manuals upon request.

However, the user manual for your Samsung phone in PDF format is available for download from the link below:

Hi Tommy24,

Thank you for your inquiry.

The default passcode for the phone is "0000" or "00000000". There is no way that we can retrieve the passcode that was set on the phone. If the default passcode did not work then we can do a reset on the phone.

Should you desire additional assistance resolving this, we invite you to call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357 between the hours 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.

Question

Why does my home phone forward to my Flight?

For some reason, whenever my home phone number is dialed and no one answers...it automatically rolls over to my Samsung Flight. There is no call forwarding on the home phone and no call forwarding on the cell. What's even stranger, is that this does not happen with a cell phone that is not a Samsung product. Is there a setting somewhere in the phone that would cause this? Since it is did not happen with my Pantec laser or Blackberry, we assume this issue is with the Flight only. We've checked the call forwarding settings under "Setting" and nothing appears to be pointed towards my home phone number.

Hi there!

Thank you for your correspondence. Regarding your concern, you may use the listed steps below on how to make a conference call using your phone.

To Make a Conference Call, between yourself and two other callers, on the handset follow the steps below:

1.While in standby mode, dial the number for the first party, then press SEND
2.When connected, ask them to remain on the line.
3.Press the SEND key to place them on hold.
4.Dial the second party’s phone number and press SEND.
5.When the second party answers, press SEND to connect all three parties.
Note: As the originator of the conference call, should you disconnect, the other two parties will also be disconnected. If one of the individuals should disconnect, you will still be connected to the other.

Note: For handsets which support more than 3 individuals on one call, repeat steps 1 through 5 until all parties are connected.

For more information on 3 Way Calling and Conference Calling see your service provider.

We thank you for your patronage of Samsung products. Have a good day.
