SInce the your phone is asking for the PUK code, let me give you an information regarding what PUK code means & when would be the time does the phone asks for this.

What is a PUK code?

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Code. This acts as a security feature on your mobile. To protect you in the event of theft, the SIM card is immediately locked if someone keys in three different incorrect PIN codes in succession. This also applies if you absent-mindedly enter an incorrect PIN code three times in a row. The message "PIN locked" will appear on the screen. In this event, you can fall back on the PUK code, which comprises eight digits.

And to get your PUK code, you may need to contact AT&T regarding it.

Why my cell do not connect to the pc

Hi, I just download a software version to my caopmuter for my cell that ny cell model is SGH-A767, but now when I connect the usb to the pc I can not or it doesnt show my cell conect. if can you please advice me how it work because I see that my cell software version is A767UCIF2 SO I can not still finding any way to make this work :(

Configure the handset's USB setting first before connecting it to the PC.

From the standby screen, press the left right key for Menu
Select Settings (9)
Select Set Connectivity (6)
Choose Select USB Mode (2)
Highlight the desired USB Setting from the following:
Ask on Connection
Media Player
PC Studio
Mass Storage
Press the left soft key for Select to save the USB Setting

If the Bluetooth feature is currently active on the phone, USB communication between devices will not be available. To transfer files to or from the phone, turn off the Bluetooth functionality. You can choose from the options below on how to connect phone to PC via USB cable.

1. To download and install the Samsung PC Studio 3 software visit the following website: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/supportDownloadCenter.do?prd_ia_cd=N0000003&prd_mdl_cd=SGH-A767ORAATT&prd_mdl_name=SGH-A767

From the standby screen, insure that the USB mode setting is set to either PC Studio or Ask on Connection
Connect the USB cable to both the phone's Headset jack/Adapter jack & the PC's USB slot
When successfully connected, the phone will show the connected icon on the top right of the display
If prompted, Select the PC Studio USB setting
Open the Samsung PC Studio 3 program on the PC
Click on Phone Explorer (Manage Files)
From the Phone Explorer screen, click on the Graphics folder
Click on the Photo file (For multiple files hold down the Ctrl key) then click on To PC
From the Browse for Folder screen, click on the destination location
Click OK to transfer the Photo file from the SGH-A767 (Propel) phone to the PC

2. The handset's mass storage feature allows you to connect the USB data cable from the handset to a PC, manage files using Windows Explorer, and check the available memory information. In order to transfer pictures (via Windows Explorer & a USB cable) to a PC the pictures MUST be located on a formatted microSD Memory Card. The microSD memory card must first be formatted, by the phone, in order for the phone to create the destination folders. The minimum size limit for the microSD memory card is 32MB. This phone does support the use of a microSDHC 8GB capacity memory card. However, for optimal performance Samsung recommends using a card no larger than 2GB. Formatting a memory card will permanently delete all current content.

To format a microSD memory card follow the steps below:

Insert a microSD memory card into the memory card slot, located on the left side
Click here for instructions on inserting or removing a memory card
From the standby screen, press the right soft key for Menu
Select My Stuff (7)
Highlight the On Card tab, using the left or right navigation keys
Highlight either Audio, Graphics or Videos, using the navigation keys
Press the left soft key for Options
Select More (4)
Select Memory Card Settings (2)
Select Format (2)
Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm formatting the microSD Memory Card
If prompted to rename, press the left soft key for Save

From the standby screen, insure that the USB mode setting is set to either Mass Storage or Ask on Connection
Connect the USB cable to both the phone's Headset jack/Adapter jack & the PC's USB slot
When successfully connected, the phone will show the connected icon on the top right of the display
If prompted, Select the Mass Storage USB setting
Select "Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer" on the new Removable Disk screen
Navigate to the picture location, inside the Graphics folder
Open Windows Explorer
Drag n Drop or copy & paste the picture to the desired destination on the PC

If connection is unsuccessful, kindly try to check the following....

> Try using a different USB port (if using a desktop PC, please try to connect the USB data cable at the back port of the CPU)
> Restart the PC and soft reset the phone (turn off and remove the battery for about a minute and put it back in the phone and turn it on again)
> Make sure that the USB cable is samsung genuine accessory
> Try using a different USB cable
> Try to check the removable storage through the "My Computer"

We can repair the phone, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged.

Provided there is no physical damage to the phone and the failure is not due to any type of liquid damage, the phone will be repaired under warranty.

Regarding your inquiry, maybe you can try doing a soft reset first. Turn off your phone, remove the battery, remove the SIM card, wait for a minute or two, put everything back and turn on the phone. If it does the same thing, I would recommend you to call us.

Hi there!

The phone that you have is governed by the Service Provider's digital network and that is the reason why upon the effectivity of the DST, the phone gets automatically updated.

The calendar events created on the phone are not governed anymore by the network provider's digital network so that is the reason why the appointments created outside the DST will get one hour behind/ahead.

If the calendar events on the device gets one hour behind/ahead from the scheduled appointment then we may advise you to manually edit the said event to its correct time.
