Would you like to unlock the phone so that you can use it for another service provider? When you turn on the phone is it saying "Phone Lock?
Should you wish to use the phone for another service provider, we cannot assist in unlocking the phone. We hold a proprietary licensing agreement with your Service Provider and it would be in violation of this agreement to assist in unlocking the phone.
Your Service Provider has these codes and should be able to provide support for this.
On the other hand, if the phone is locked and asking for a pass code, you try the default pass codes "0000" or "00000000"
