TRYING TO SCAN (SCX 4824FN) PRINER DOES NOT CONNECT WITH PC

IT SHOWS: CONECTING.... BUT DOES NOT CONNECT. tried shutind down fire wall but it did'nt help. from time to time it does connect. but Icon never know what's happend that made the printer connect with local pc. can you advice me pls how to fix it?
